BEWARE!!! DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY IF YOU ARE A SUBCONTRACTOR!!!!!!! YOU WILL NEVER BE PAID RETAINAGE, THAT IS WHAT THEY DO TO EVERY SUB!!!! I WISH I KNEW THIS BEFORE WE SIGNED OUR CONTRACT!! I HATE LEAVING BAD REVIEWS BUT I HAVE NEVER DEALT WITH A COMPANY LIKE THIS BEFORE!!!! WOW!!!! HORRIBLY UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES!!! I DONT CARE HOW MUCH YOU MIGHT NEED TO WORK - DO NOT TAKE A JOB FROM THEM, YOU WILL NEVER BE PAID AND YOU WILL HAVE TO LAWYER UP!!!!Review from Mattie S

I completed a job for this company in March 2023, and I am still waiting payment. Do not sub for this company, you will regret it. I meet their expectations,and completed the job on time. And what's unfortunate is that as a small business owner we have no one to go to for help to collect without having to cut into your profit.Review from Brian G

I worked for a month for this company as a subcontractor. At times having four employees onsite at one time. Billed first week of October 2022. Was feed bull and given runaround, signed final waiver Dec 15th, told money released in March, still have not paid a *****.Review from Madison W

DO NOT WORK AS A SUB/SUPPLIER FOR THIS COMPANY!!!!! They will NOT pay you. We were subcontracted by Frontier for a job, and now we are out thousands of dollars for materials and labor because they will not pay us for work completed. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THEM! Most unprofessional GC we have ever dealt with. Make sure you have a lawyer!!!!!Review from Marshall C

terrible gc, subcontractors beware. make sure youre covered on the money if you work for them and keep them on a short leash. they pay slow and you have to nag them endlessly or lawyer up to get paid. they also dont seem to know much about construction and their project didnt follow schedule.Review from Cedric B

BUYER BEWARE Absolutely the most unprofessional and disreputable company in all my work experiences of forty years. The masonry project was completed in October 2021 in ******** for this company and the final payment of $5000 has not been paid. Multiple attempts for collection have been made to no avail. Promises made of check processing but never kept. You are stealing and withholding the rightful payment due for the masonry work that was completed. This company is not honest and does not have the integrity to conduct their business in a professional manner. Karma is very distasteful when it comes back to you. Shame on you!!Review from June R

Definitely agree that one star is too generous for a company that refuses to pay their bills. Do not agree to work with them, you'll regret it.
