  I hired Miller Business Group LLC for the construction of a pool November 2023. After months of not following through, failed permits, false timelines, I cancelled on agreement July 27th with the expectation of receiving my refund by August 27th. Mr. ********************** ******* ***** ******, which is the contact I've dealt with told me a check was sent by mail for the refund total August 27th. On October 15th I contacted Mr.********************** and he told me, "Buenas tardes, Mr ***** Unfortunately we had a problem with the check, but I'm personally taking care of this. We will make the payment this week or next week at the latest via Zelle to close everything. There is an additional document requested by the city for the cancellation, but I will let you know when I have secured your money from the cancellation.Thank you,"Without any follow through, I contacted him again October 29th, and was unanswered. I contacted on the 31st and was unanswered. On November 4th, I contacted him again and he responded,"Good morning, **** hope you have a good week, we will make your refund payment this week.""We are waiting for a payment we have on hold at the bank to be reflected this week, perhaps before Thursday."I then asked for what my total refund was and was ignored. I contacted again November 5th, 6th, 8th, 13th, & 15th all unanswered. No refund sent, no refund received. I literally don't know what more to do. I gave a deposit of 50% totaling ****** and as of now I have no pool or refund to show for it. This also doesn't include the additional expenses of permits which were paid out of pocket.
