Just want to share an unpleasant experience we encountered on our return trip home from a recent ***********************************, but one that had a happy ending due to *************************, the Reservation Specialist with the cruise line. Unfortunately our initial flight was significantly delayed due to a major storm, causing us to miss our connecting flight back to ***** in *******. From that point, our journey got rather complicated and when we finally arrived at *****, our luggage was no where to be found. One of the first people I contacted was ***** who from that point on took over the search for our luggage. ***** worked tirelessly making contacts all over the world - literally - and updated us at least once a day on the progress that was being made. This went on for 8 days until we got a message from ****** Airlines informing us that our luggage was being delivered that day. Needless to say we were very happy and relieved to finally once again have our luggage, dirty laundry and all!I honestly dont believe that would have been the case if not for ****** persistence and determination to see this situation end successfully. ***** is a perfect example of all the Viking staff we met on our cruise. They were absolutely fantastic and I can personally say they will make your experience truly one you will never forget!

To All Executives ***** made the absolute right decision with the hiring of ******************************* as a Concierge Specialist. I never send reviews, however Dios actions above and beyond the call of duty warrant praise for a job well done. Because of his actions, I will be contacting you all again for another trip. Long story short, I travel quite often and decided to take my parents on a luxury cruise for my mothers birthday, which got cancelled by the actual cruise line at the last minute. Options are limited due to scheduling and Im little perturbed, however new trip with a different provider is booked with less than 1 month before departure. Now, a few days before departure, my dad get sick and both get Covid. *** listens to this crazy story with true kindness and respect and then springs into action to save the day with endless phone calls, emails and negotiations with ********** and myself and always keeping a cool controlled demeanor. Once again, if *** didnt perform as well as he did for me and my family, we would have a completely different outcome here and story. Now I will call again for myself and will discuss possible options with my board of directors to entertain various incentive trips that we offer to our brokers which is approximately 80 to 100 people per trip. We typically have our annual trips along the west coast, ******, ****** and have looked into Caribbean trip too. Thanks Dio.
