Client number ******* I have been waiting patiently since August 2024 when my account was closed. The amount of the refund is $12,000.00. I have made several attempts to collect my money and even had my attorney send a letter to them. The date of the letter was November 20, 2024. They claim they never received the letter so I email a copy of the letter to Consumer Law Group. The only answer I receive I will forward it to management. As of December 23, ************************************* regard to my refund. I am attaching the letter from my attorney and a copy of my agreement with Consumer Law Group. I work hard over the years to get my debts paid off and the money was taken from my account each month. I do not understand why I cannot get my money returned to me instead of the common answer from Consumer Law Group is I will pass it on to management. I would appreciate a resolution to this problem and why has it taken so long to be refunded the money you owe me.

After many years of paying a monthly deposit they had not paid off my creditors. They front loaded fees and when I discovered this I contacted them to cancel my account and return to me what I was owed. They refunded part of my account balance but still owe me $19000. Now the phone number isnt in service and they will not return messages or emails.

Subject: Request for Assistance in The Return of My Funds

    Dear Better Business Bureau,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a matter of concern regarding the closure of my account and the return of funds deposited. I am seeking your assistance in ensuring a clear understanding of the process and timeline for the return of my funds.

I have made total deposits of $57,025.00 into the account, out of which $19,062.00 has been utilized to settle debts with creditors. Additionally, a 30% fee for legal fees on settled accounts has been calculated, amounting to $9,688.20. Therefore, the total due to be returned to me from the trust account is $28,274.80, as outlined below:

    - Total deposits made: $57,025.00
    - Settled debt paid to creditors: $19,062.00
    - 30% of settled accounts for legal fees: $9,688.20

Total due to be returned: $28,274.80

I kindly request confirmation on the specific details of when and how these funds will be returned, as well as a definite date for their receipt. Moreover, I seek confirmation that the provided breakdown of funds aligns with the current FTC rules regarding the front loading of fees, especially when a consumer has enrolled multiple debts in one debt relief program.

I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and your assistance in ensuring a transparent and fair resolution. Please feel free to contact me if any additional information is required.

Thank you for your time and cooperation.

    Sincerely,

    ***********************
