    I bought this scooter to commute me to work. Within 3 months of purchase I saw a reoccurring signal on the screen alerting me something is wrong. I took it to the shop in ******** to be repaired & I was told it was my fault because salt got into the scooter. I paid for the repairs thinking I wont be here again. Within 2 months the same signal appeared again. So I took it back to find out whats wrong. This time they said a lot of things need changing. The 1st charge was almost $500 now they decide to charge me $778 for the ************** excuse was water got inside & damaged the scooter. I complained & stated I my scooter is water resistant & the scooter can be ridden in the rain. Their excuse was its not water proof only water resistant. So I complain & said I didnt ride my scooter in any river or ocean. I got caught a few times in the rain because I was told it can be ridden in rain. I paid for the repair regardless and within 4 hours I saw the same message on the screen. I called them & all they said was to bring it back. Then the following day I observed the rear wheel wasnt sealed to the scooter. They forgot to attach the bolt to secure my wheel to the scooter. I could have gotten seriously hurt or loose my life had the wheel came off riding this scooter. This scooter goes over 50 miles per hour and what would be fluidfreeride excuse had I lost my life because the back wheel that wasnt fasten had fall off? This complaint is because they sold a scooter that had a defect and they are charging me hundreds of dollars to do repairs and inspection but not properly checking to make sure the repairs are done efficiently. How on earth can you replace the rear wheel and not put on the bolt to secure the wheel to the scooter! I wish I could attach photos to prove everything. They even threatened me & said if I leave a bad review I cant bring my scooter for repairs anymore. The company needs to be inspected and closed down. They even request tips after repairs

    Terrible customer service and ********************. Made me drive over an hour with my pregnant wife and 1 year old to the Williamsburg ** location just to find out the representative either was misinformed or simply lied to me to brush me off. The scooter was faulty with known issues. How can you stand by a product that you know has a problem? This is very bad business ethics

    Terrible company I purchased a scooter with shipping protection, which I never received and the scooter I ended up rejecting the shipment because I read online reviews and I changed my mind, a couple weeks after it returned to their facility I realized they never sent my money back so I sent them an email and they processed my refund and took $100 out of my pocket. I never touched the product and they stole this 100$ from me even though their policy said it was a 60$ fee for this return. Long story short terrible company and terrible customer service, will not work with them again.

    Terrible company, even worse customer service. I bought a scooter from them and the entire process was aggravating and uncalled for. The scooter I went to the ***** location to purchase a scooter to find out they have no inventory. They have plenty of models to test drive. They tell you they give bigger discounts at the store but make you order online for full price. They offer 50% off accessories but only at the store. Again the inventory problem. ***** and **** were the individuals from customer service. They could use training on how to properly deal with a complaint. After ordering a scooter, the scooter was delivered a week later broken and with many defects and scratches. The return was an absolute nightmare. Be careful doing business with this company.

    Awful customer service. I had the scooter for 6 weeks when it first broke and I had to pay for it myself because the closest "authorized" repair shop was 10 hours away. They then wanted me to lie to ***** about what was in the box because they don't know what kind of battery is in their scooters. I wasted $1000 on a broken scooter that now sits in a closet somewhere because they want to charge me $90 for a box.

    This company misrepresents their products. I purchased a CityRider which is specifically advertised as being able to be ridden in the rain.Their website claims With the new IP55 waterproof rating you can even ride in the rain.But the first time I rode in light rain for 10 minutes the scooter immediately started to have problems. First displaying an error code, then not powering on at all.When I reached out to fluid, they told me the scooter is not waterproof (even though they specifically state you can ride it in the rain) and they will not repair the issues with my scooter.I suggest everyone avoid fluid due to their extremely arrogant and poor customer service.They will always blame the customer and wont take responsibility for their low quality product.Their goal is to obviously avoid and deny any warranty claims.

    I ordered an electric scooter (Kaabo Wolf Warrior Pro) at the end of May. I did have a minor issue with it when it arrived where the rear motor was inoperable. I contacted support and they responded very quickly with a list of possible scenerios that could be causing it. After a quick look through the innards, I found a loose wire and it was a very quick and easy fix. About a month later I was riding the scooter home and could smell something was getting very hot. After it starting smoking I quickly pulled over and began pushing the scooter home as to prevent any other issues. I again contacted support with pictures of the issue and they again responded very quickly offering to replace my scooter. I sent my old one out on a Wednesday and had my replacement by Saturday. I about express enough gratitude for the integrity of this company. Would deal with them 100x over. Thank you fluidfreeride for being an ethical company! *****
