    The RGA for the return of the parts has been created and we will be contacting him in the next few days to get the parts picked up. We have no issues taking back the parts.

    I bought a rebuilt kit from this shop, *** was missing some parts, every time i called the owner he always says to text him and not to call him anymore, so purchase missing parts from another store, after my experience i left a review on ****** about his bad customer service, and since then the owner has been calling me and texting, harassing me and threatening me on suing me for leaving that review on ****** were i express how i felt about his customer service

    *************************** purchased some parts from **. Two months later he called about some missing gaskets ( around $15 worth of gaskets out of a $4000 order ). I told him I would look into the matter and get back to him. Before I had resolved the matter I got a 1 star review on ****** from ******************. I reached out to him to try to resolve the issue and he became irate and belligerent. He then proceeded to send ***** of his friends to leave one star reviews (luckily I was able to have ****** remove them) and call the business harassing from private numbers. I asked him to stop and please refrain from contacting us any longer. ****************** is no longer welcome to purchase from our business and we have filed a police report in case his harassment continues.

    Please remove this complaint from my profile and advise on any next steps. Thank you!

    I am rejecting this response because: as you can see on all the photos i uploaded theres enough proof that this guys spent about 3 days harassing me, calling me, treating me, saying that he has friends with DOT and he was gonna report my company, and call my insurance and report it, and all of that because i left a 1 start review in ****** for the bad services this company provide to his clients, i have all the proof, all his incoming calls, and all his treating sms. Ill like to bbb to keep this review so people know what they gonna deal with if they decide to deal with this buisness

    I have no reason to contact him and have not done so since he was calling my business from private numbers and harassing our staff. He is barred from purchasing at any of our locations and has a restraining order from having any further communication with our company. ( not sure if this fully addresses the complaint because I cant see or have a copy of the complaint. I just see his name and that he is requesting for me to stop calling him and harassing him)

    Company title: Diesel Rebuild Kits Initial purchase was made 10/18/21 Amount paid total was $3,584.60 Initial purchase was fine, but issues started when they accidentally sent a duplicate piece of the order. We began receiving angry phone calls about this and how we needed to return it, and we didn't realize the law here and offered to return it but refused to pay shipping. Eventually, after many angry phone calls, they agreed to send a shipping label. When I say angry phone calls, he was cursing, yelling, calling us names repeatedly for months. We got another round of calls today (8/18/22). Myself and both of my parents were called a total almost one hundred times, and we were all yelled and cursed at. I financed the purchase for my parents, and I received threats of legal action against me and taking me to collections... over a part I did not order, and we had even been patient enough to offer to return it at first. The employee did not give their name, and I'm going to see how much of a paper trail we have in total through email and some of it DOES include this slip they sent us to ship the unordered item back. I was given the options of returning the item with proof it was shipped by the end of today, or I would be receiving an invoice to purchase the item that I NEVER ordered and DID NOT WANT. Employee claimed they had in house legal team to take me to court in Miami, and that they could take me to collections quickly. I'm not trying to play anyone here, but I also don't want to be taken to court over their mistake. With some reading I found that this shouldn't be happening, though I already feel the way we were all spoken to should have never happened.
