Order was placed on Yuti website on 12/29/23. I responded immediately after placing because the incorrect shipping address was submitted. They asked for the correct address <12hrs later. But they never made the change. 1 week later the shipped to what ended up being the wrong address. After multiple attempts to contact them to ask about resolutions (refunds, re-ships) they finally answered a phone call. The business phone was a mans cell phone (they also seem to have a faux business email). During the conversation he changed his story or what happened repeatedly, cut me off, and berated me. Ultimately the company refused to help correct their mistake of dropping the ball, and I am fully out the money for an order that never arrived.

    Hello,

Since filing this report, I have researched ****'s listings on review sites ******** Yelp, Trustpilot). All negative reviews mention the similar issues that I experienced. I wanted to document this. Thanks!

I placed an order for a congratulatory gift on December 19th. I received a *** tracking number (1ZC1B491YW00489054) and notification that the order had been delivered on 12/22. When I hadn't heard from my friends that they had received a gift I asked them to check and she notified me that there was nothing in their lobby. I assumed maybe the package had been marked delivered prematurely as that often happens and when a couple of days later they still hadn't received it I checked and the proof of delivery picture that was provided showed that the package had been delivered but not to the correct building. I emailed Yuti Gifts to let them know this was not delivered to the correct location, "I received the email that our order was delivered but our friends couldn't find it in the building. I figure it may have just been marked delivered prematurely or something but they weren't able to find it and when I checked the proof of delivery the hallway the package was left at was not what the delivery room looks like in the building. Can we please get help locating this package?" and they basically informed me that the package was delivered but to where it was actually taken was not their problem, "****** You are more than welcome to dispute with Amex. Our job is to ship the products. According to **** it was delivered to this address *********************************************** From our side not much we can do."I understand that they cannot personally deliver every order but it should be their responsibility to ensure the courier delivers their packages to the correct location and at the very least help when an issue occurs.

I ordered a Champagne Gift Box from this business on December 13th. My gift arrived to the recipient on the 23rd, however, it was a totally different gift box, with a card addressed to a totally different person. The gift box that arrived was a snack box containing several meat products, and the recipient is a vegetarian. I was made aware of the issue on January 2nd, and contacted the company via their website chat on January 3rd. As soon as I expressed my issue in the chat, they told me that they ship 400 gift boxes during the holiday season and "mistakes happen." I asked if that meant that it was okay to send someone the wrong box and they said yes. They then let me know that the only option I had was to ship the gift back for a refund. As the recipient is a vegetarian, and was generally confused about the gift in general as it was addressed to someone totally different, she had actually given the gift away, as she would not eat or use it. When I let the company know this had happened, they told me I was lying, and refused to refund me. At this point, I have paid $92.44 for a gift that was not delivered to the intended recipient, with no real attempt to fix this by the merchant, but a lot of aggressive communication on their end. This feels like a scam. I have attached screenshots of the gift I ordered, as well as what was delivered, and the conversation I had with the merchant in their chat.
