            I ordered a product, Soursop Capsules, from Alkaline Herb Shop on 10/21/2024 and received this. The payment of $27.59 was deducted from my checking account on 10/22/2025. A shipment from order AHS10001282910 is on the wayI have a string of emails to Alkaline Herb Shop with responses saying the order was delivered by BetterTrucks. The following is the message and tracking number. They are being shipped via BetterTrucks. The tracking number for these items is BTS_0107D7L4BKE. Use the link below to see the status of your shipment.This appears to be fraud and a scam. Ive ordered from Alkaline Herbs in the past and never experienced this trouble with an order. I am asking for swift help resolving this matter and receive a refund for the order that was not received!Thank you,******* ********, MBA ******************************************** Phone: ************ Email: ***********************

            I am confirming that after filing this complaint, Alkaline Herb Shop refunded my payment for the undelivered Soursop capsules on November 21, 2025. I am satisfied that this issue has been resolved after so much back and forth requesting refund of monies paid.
