I made a total of $6,464 in payments to Rich for some tile demo work, soundproofing, and as the 1st payment for tile being installed in my condo. Everything was fine up until it was time for the tile to be laid. **** did not pay the installers and pocketed/stole the money I paid him for the install. I had to hire and pay other tile installers to get the job done. I requested a $3,500 refund from Rich and was given the runaround that he'd wire the money as soon as he got back to town. My attorney reached out that he'd be filing a lawsuit on my behalf if the $3,500 was not wired by Aug 12th. **** agreed he would but of course did not. I have filed for $3,500, attorney fees, court fees, and other damages.

Agreed to contract ************************* at ****************************************************** / ************ to install new floors that I had already purchased. We agreed to contracted price of $9800, I paid him $3900 up front. Once he had his team provide the demolition of the old floor he stated he needed the second installment early in order to purchase materials with an increase of $500. At this point I had paid him $8400. Soon after I received word from the floor installers that Rich contracted, that they were walking off the site and were not going to work on the location as Rich had not been paying them. After speaking with Rich he told me that he had to use *********** for another job site as he had lost money on it. In order to have work continue at my location, I had to pay an additional $5000 to the installers that Rich never paid. Now I am seeking my money back that Rich stole from me and committed breach of contract and fraud. I have all texts from him, between him and his contractors, as they shared them with me, and his bank accounts. The house was left with holes in the walls, floor running boards destroyed, leaving me with stranded having to hire additional contractors to assist and fix. He stated that he was paid a loan 3 weeks ago in order to reimburse me but has yet answered any of my calls or texts. He has a sister company, *********** Holdings LLC in *****. Avoid both at all costs. I am filing a small claims court for the full amount, a criminal report to the police, and a civil claims for stress, damage to the house, fraud and theft. Instead of reimbursing me the $5600 he stole, this in the end will be upwards of $20,000

We hired this company to install tile on our concrete patio, back wall and install an impact back door. We paid $650 for the door install alone which was a higher quote than other companies however we went with them bc the step into our home needed to be tiled the same time as the door install so it was easier to have them do both jobs. They installed the door and did a horrible job with the stucco work around the door frame and they left out some screws when installing the door handle and it is now loose and you have to pull the door in to properly lock it. Also when it rains water is leaking in thru the bottom of the door so bad it is ruining our baseboard and when it rains hard enough it gets very close to our kitchen cabinets and can potentially ruin those as well. Contacted Rich with the company and he came out the following day and used a hose to investigate where the water was getting in. He found the source and said they would need to use a waterproof caulk and also re-stucco. He told me the guys would be there the following morning, they never came. I text/called him and got no answer. The next day he told me the guys were sick and he would let me know later what day they were coming. He never returned my calls or texts since which has been weeks. My husband reached out and he told him the guys are busy, now he doesnt respond at all when we call or text. It is rainy season is ******* and this is causing damage to the interior of my home which wasnt even what this job had anything to do with. I want the job fixed or them too pay for another company to fix it in the form of a refund for bad services
