            In April I booked a trip thru expedia for May 18 -may 22. The hotel came up to $843.97. most of the total was charged (******). With the remaining ****** charged when I arrived on May 18. No notice of the $300 deposit that is refunded at the end of stay. First issue. Once stay was over I made numerous calls about the deposit not being returned. **************** don't answer phone number provided. Only way to contact them is to hit the make new reservation option. Was told ta manager will contact me and I had no call back after waiting 3 weeks. File a claim with my bank. And now the hotel is saying the 300 was for the hotel stay not a deposit. I have the receipt from Expedia that show the amount paid and what was paid once I got there.

            ON 12TH FEBRUARY I PAID TO AQUA HOTEL U$S 100 WITH MY DEBIT CARD FOR WARRANTY. THAT AMOUNT SHOULD HAVE BEEN RETURNED IN 48 HS AFTER MY CHECK OUT (13TH FEBRUARY). I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY MONEY AND THE HOTEL ANSWERS ONLY WITH EXCUSES. PLEASE I NEED YOUR HELP TO HAVE MY MONEY BACK
