Stay far away from Rubenstein Law, particularly, ***************************(the attorney who handled my case) , ****************************** (paralegal) and ***********(legal assistant). After one month of committing me to medical treatment at three different places and accumulating financial charges, they called the medical facilities to tell them to stop the treatment without first talking to me. I was informed by the physical therapist when I attended my appointment on a Friday morning. This was a straightforward case because the other driver hit me from behind and the police report was clear about who was at fault. I think the police even issued the other driver a citation. Her insurance agreed to fix my car and even rented a car for me. However, strangely, *************************** was NOT motivated to pursue the case and help me settle the case.When I called them to find out why they did that, they refused to talk to me. They are very unprofessional. They dont care about customer satisfaction, professional integrity or the ethics of the legal profession. Rather, theyre driven by selfishness, money, nepotism and favoritism. If you can, stay away from them, particularly, these names. Im trying to save others from frustration and disappointment.

The worst ever. After the accident I was offer a professional treatment and I was advised that my case was reviewed and I did have one. We proceed to sign papework, Rubenstein send me to a doctor. After days in treatment I received a call to let me know that my case will be dropped without further explanation. Rubenstein delayed my case and never filed 1 paper. When I asked why, the person just brush me off by saying thya is not profitable for them. I lost my statute of limitations due to them, I was recommended to a doctor who will charge me and my case never even made it to the negotiating table. A complete waste of time. Do not work with them. A complete lack of empaty, customer service and professionalism. Stay away from themRubenstein Law Response

Terrible Law Firm... Very unprofessional. Doesn't update you on your case. Don't return phone calls. You never speak you your actual lawyer. Rubenstain Law practices should be analyzed by the Florida Bar. They promote car insurance fraud. From a simple accident where their client’s car had zero damages and he drove home perfectly fine; I received a letter stating “their client had serious injuries.” There you go, they will be ripping off my insurance with the help of authorized thieves.Rubenstein Law Response

This law firm should consider helping people when you are ************** from your attorney which never happened with my case that settled a year ago. They changed people of my team but they did not bother to let me know after I called a few times. If I have to go to the extent of calling my previous lawyer for advice that not in the ****************, but I had to because it went weeks before I heard from the office at Rubenstein Law. No one still recover should have to call someone else. My time wasted cannot be replaced by more competent attorneys office.
