After the 2021 earthquake, they promoted a free shipping service for help sent to *****. Until this day, my $1000 purchase from amazon is nowhere to be found and they never issue a refund or statement about what happened.

This shipping company is engaging in disaster capitalism! My associates and I are from the South of Haiti. When the August earthquake took place in 2021 last year, Wizza Shipping put out ads promoting their business with promises of cheaper rates. If only we knew that our money was at risk of being wasted and we would be threatened into paying more money! We reached out on August 19th, a few days after the earthquake desperate to send barrels of items to our friends and loved ones victimized by the natural disaster. They responded immediately and said they were the only company to give guaranteed insurance of $2000 for any products we send with them. They shared their contact numbers and their addresses: 9502 Ditmas Ave Brooklyn 11236 and 744 NW 107th St, FL We paid them on 9/25/2021 a total of $1435. The payment was for 11 barrels and 1 box. Items were food and clothing donated by a church. The $1435 was part of donations we received from people who were moved by our efforts. People placed their trust in our team and we trusted Wizza Shipping to deliver the products for the negotiated price! We were originally told $120 per barrel and $115 per box for delivery to the city of Les Cayes NOT PortAuPrince. In Nov. of 2021 we reached out, we had not heard from Wizza nor did we ever get a tracking number! When we shared with them our receipt they did not respond! We then moved to Whatsapp. Even after sharing the receipt, they wanted photos of the barrels. When we sent them, they told us they were not shipped but still in the U.S. When we asked what happened they told us we paid too little, their price is actually $170 per barrel. Upset we shared with them we were told by the FL office $120 not $170. We are now being asked to pay about $700 or else they will AUCTION everything! They lied about their price and delivery! We keep calling but they are nasty & rude. We feel like we are blackmailed. If someone from their team made a mistake on price thats on them not us!
