I purchased a mattress last weekend. I gave them the full payment up front for delivery next week. I received a phone call today asking for more money or they would cancel my order. They said they made a mistake on the price. How should I proceed with this nonsense?

**DO NOT SHOP HERE. THEY WITHHELD MY COMPLETELY VALID REFUND FOR 6 MONTHS**I returned a mattress within the return timeframe in the first week of October and didnt receive my nearly $2,000 refund until January. I had to hound them several times per month, asking about my refund every time, only to remain not getting my refund. Only after asking if filing in small claims is the best way to resolve is when I got my money.This company will neglect as much as possible to keep your money. Shop elsewhere.

We purchased a Helix Twilight Luxe in September 2022 from the Sleepare ********** store. After 30 days, I reached out to the office to see about returning it due to causing back pain for my spouse and I. I was encouraged to try a pillow topper. The store sent the topper, however, it did not help, and we were still having back pain. We went to the store to see what our options were and were encouraged to exchange it. We did ask if we could return it if it still was not comfortable and no one mentioned their policy of only ONE return or exchange. We decided to go with the next level of a "softer" mattress, the Helix Midnight Luxe. We were not told by anyone that we only get "ONE" either exchange or return at anytime we mentioned concern about the mattress causing back pain. The Tysons store exchanged the Helix for the Midnight Luxe in December 2022 thru a third party delivering companhy. After 2-3 weeks of sleeping on this mattress, there was no change, and it was still causing significant sleep disturbance/lower back pain for both my husband and I. We reached out to the Tysons store more than 10 times via e-mail and were told finally that the policy was only one exchange/return. We then asked to speak to a manager and were told he would contact us, but we never received a phone call after reaching out to them 3-4 additional times. This mattress was very expensive and if we were told we only received either a return or exchange, we would have opted to return it.

I agree with other reviewers. Sleepare is a terrible company. They repeatedly failed to deliver the product and repeatedly failed to follow up when the product was incorrect. The "customer service" is awful. I would never purchase anything form Sleepare.

I mistakenly purchased a mattress through Sleepare in November. Since then it's been a headache and backache which is even worse. From the purchase process to the exchange to the being stuck with something that doesn't work for me. My partner and I went for for the MLILY since I'm a hot sleeper and the mattress is just subpar. We exchanged for a different firmness and it has caused us and particularly me more pain. The company seems to be not functional. I had many miscommunications and situations where employees were unable to do basic things like reach out to their delivery guy. He did reach out on New Years eve when he was at a party and clueless to my situation. When I had to exchange and leave a deposit and get it refunded to me no one knew what to do until the COO did initiate my exchange deposit refund, no one else was notified and still had people asking me for my credit card info to process the refund days later. I reached out to them frantically several times afterwards about how the mattress I exchanged aged wasn't a good fit and they just defer to company policy of one exchange or return, regardless of the outcome. Make sure you read all their policies. I had to have family member buy mine from me to partially cover my loss. Regardless my lower back is in constant pain and ever since this and now have to find a new mattress again. Do not recommend.
