    I had several procedures done at this facility and paid copay for them . When I went back for my results they say they no longer accept my insurance so they could not give me the results unless I paid out of pocket. I asked them to send all my records to my previous doctor. I filled out the authorization forms in person more than one month ago but they still have not sent them. They don't return my calls and even my other doctor has had no success in obtaining my records.

    we went there waited since 3:00pm the guy checked us in, it's 4:30pm i went to check they didn't check ** in, when it's time they asked for us to put the pcp as they're main on the insurance when we already did. then they ask again we waited hours and drove from hollywood to ********* in ***** this is horrible.

    I have been calling Dr. Hoover's office for a week now to get a refill of the medicines I have to take daily. CVS Pharmacy has also sent several requests to obtain authorization of the medicines and there is no response. Every time I call the office, the doctor's ********* they promise to send the order to the pharmacy but it's a lie, all they do is put the call on hold and leave you waiting there with no answer back. Dr. Hoover's office is playing with the health of her patients. This is just another medical office scam, front desk personnel treat patients like numbers: zero compassion, empathy and real understanding.

    On March 17, 2021 I requested my medical records from this medical office to be sent to a insurance claimed I had open by email. I contacted the medical office and they stated that the docotrs's notes were not signed and that they were waiting for the docto to sign them. I waited and waited, so on September 8, **************************************************************************************************************** the same excuse that the doctor needed to signed the notes. I complained for months and the medical records were never sent and I lost that insurance claimed because of them. On May 23, 2022 I requested my medical record to be faxed to my insurance claimed and my email was responded back on June 7, 2022 stating that the they were working on my medical records and that they need the notes to be signed by the doctor. to this day I have not received a response and every time I call the medical office to request my medical records they keep giving me the same excuse that the doctor is either on vacation and the notes needs to be signed. Please assist..
