CROOKS. DO NOT do business with Easy Road Moving and storage. We experienced one of the worst bait and switch scams and unfortunately lost thousands in deposits, multiple money order request and credit card transactions. CRIMINAL. They should not be allowed to do business.

Easy Road Moving is a company that you should definitely steer away from. While the actual workers that picked up and dropped off our furniture were great, the management team behind this company are rude and unprofessional. One particular person, ****, was exceptionally awful. My wife and I were upset because we had just found out that, even though we had been told that the delivery date was going to be either the 7th or 8th of November, the contract states that it can be any day between those days and up to 22 days later. Essentially, we were given empty verbal promises and now they were leaning on the contract to justify not meeting our expectations. We were told that our delivery would be happening closer to the 17th....maybe. HOWEVER, if we wanted to pay an extra $1000 for expedited shipping, they could guarantee our delivery for the 9th. Funny how they made promises but could only deliver on those promises if we paid them more money. Adding insult to injury, **** was super rude on the phone when my wife and I got upset and outright refused to speak to my wife saying that she was being rude not caring at all that we were upset because of how they were treating us...the clients. **** should be relegated to a different position that doesn't allow him access to clients. He's rude and unsympathetic. Easy Road Movers is a company that either needs to improve their service drastically or stop being a business. The only thing they did right was deliver our stuff unscathed but it came at a cost that we were not happy with at all. We will never use Easy Road Moving again and I highly recommend that you, the reader, go elsewhere for your moving needs.

LESS0N: Never EVER enter into a moving contract UNLESS the shipper has made an in-person, in-depth inspection of the items you want moved! AND if the price sounds too good to be true, it probably is. My cross-country move was subcontracted out by Interstate Moving & Relocation Group to Easy Road Moving & Storage. Oh how I WISH I had researched both of these companies' reviews BEFORE signing a binding moving estimate! The very last thing I wanted was to have my things moved from Florida to Arizona and have them broken or lost. I also was deterred by the way these companies slap on extra charges and then hold your posessions hostage until you come up with the extra money! I finally threw up my hands and cancelled the move with them. This has been a VERY EXPENSIVE LESSON, as I am unsure as to whether or not I can get my $1,500 deposit back. My move is now being handled by North American Van Lines!

DO NOT HIRE EASY ROAD MOVING AND STORAGE FROM *****. Here is my experience . Please read on. Moving from ******* to ***********. Called them and was quoted a price for what I was moving. Gave a sizable deposit and Easy road came to pick up my stuff. Boss man **** started complaining that I had extra stuff. Going to cost $700 dollars more. I said no and called to get my deposit back. Guess what ? Its not refundable. I was also told 5-7 days for delivery. So here I am stuck with whatever they say. They load up and after 7 days I call and they say **** days for delivery. So i call again and guess what. ***** days for delivery. AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. I NEED MY STUFF. CLOTHES. ETC. ON DAY 28 I call and they say you might get a call tomorrow. GEEZ. THANK YOU. So now I have to call in sick to work to wait around for ******************* and *****. SO ON DAY 29 an eighteen ******* pulls up and a lone driver unloads my stuff at 6 pm . Some damaged. The driver is not to blame. He doesnt care and or has no clue about me. I ask him when he left ******* and and he said exactly one week ago. So my stuff sat in a warehouse for 3 plus weeks. Such great customer service . STAY AWAY FROM EASY ROAD MOVING AND STORAGE OF *****.

Zero stars! In all parts of the move they promised and delivered short! They were late, took no responsibility, and on the final part of the move my stuff arrived soaking wet with black mold on furniture and many things were damaged. They took no responsibility that the truck has a hole in it. With 25,000$ in damage they offered a settlement of 108$.

The pickup and delivery people were extremely unprofessional and delivery is going to take almost 2 weeks for a 530 mile move. This expected time range is unacceptable and I've been sleeping on an air mattress this whole time. For the price range, I am so disappointed in this service and will not be using them in the future.

If I could choose 0 stars, I would!!!!! This company has stolen my property that was supposed to be delivered from ******* in January. I have been lied to and hung up on. I am devastated with the lack of customer service and the fact that all of my personal property that I owned is missing, with no logical explanation as to what happened.

I'll be brief. Do not use this company, you will be disappointed. No need to go through the details. Your initial charge will not be your final charge. You will pay up front before action will be taken. You will do all the communication and coordination. Whatever service you pay for, you will not get, so skip it. Extra charges will be assessed. Your household goods are only worth 60 cents per pound (it's right in the contract) and you will have multiple items broken, destroyed, damaged, and rendered unusable. Thier claim service is independent and you will endure an arduous process to prove your claim. Once a determination is made, you will receive a fraction of your items worth based on a number of regulations. My move was more than 17 grand and their claim settlement was 101 dollars. My journey with Easy Road began the end of August and is now ending the end of December. I am thankful it is over and behind me. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Do not believe their web site and hope someday you read they've gone out of business. Because suckers like us who read the reviews and say "well, they just had a bad experience and not all reviews are going to be 5 stars, it won't happen to me," Trust me, it will happen to you, and you'll be poorer for it, both mentally and financially!

**Do NOT hire Easy Road***I wish I had seen a warning message about this unreliable, and terrible company before I hired them. It would be a disservice to my community, if I dont share the nightmare I experienced with them. This Easy Road Moving and Storage, picked up my belongings on Sunday December 19th, 2021. I finally received pieces, (furniture is incomplete and with holes) 2 months later on February 18th, 2022. I was charged extra $$$ for things that after I confronted them, they admitted that they had not to have used the material I was being extra charged for. My furniture is in pieces, is incomplete. Unable to be assembled because of the missing parts. To the point that the delivering crew, (a different company because Easy Road wont be the one one delivering your stuff), had the need to hand write it on the delivery receipt, that they were not able to assemble the *** and desk because of the missing parts. They also had to write that the dresser has a hole and scratches bookcase is missing screws They had to write all that at the bottom of the delivery inventory sheet. I wish I could upload pictures of the mattress and pieces of furniture lining agains the wall in my apartment. The guy giving you the quote will be nice and helpful to you until you signed the contract. After that, when you really are in need of his help, all you will get from him will be an automatic reply I am out of the office this week. Please contact customer care at He wont even answer his direct line. Meanwhile, the customer care area, has not knowledge of the meaning of customer service. I was told, Ill find out about your *********** will call you back., but the call was never returned. Instead, they hanged-up on me numerous times. I even wrote an email to the administrators, but they never had the decency to reply either. In short, keep looking. This company should change their name to Easy Road to a Nightmare.

If you want lose money go ahead and hire this garbage company, they stolen or re-sale my stuff and they are pretending to pay $75 for the claim that I submitted 6 months ago and that's why I hired a lawyer to handle this because they play with the money of the good people.
