Hoping to help someone else avoid this company. I wish I had read all the negative reviews out there about this "business." I connected first with ****** via text who gave a quote. Quote was around $1300 for 7 hours and 5% discount for military. Movers show up and red flags started immediately. First thing they will hand you is a blank moving document for you to sign, DO NOT SIGN. Get an estimate on site before they start and have them fill it in. In the text ****** claimed the work rate is $90/hr for 2 movers. Paperwork shows $99/hrs. Heavy items are listed as $200 each but in the text ****** claimed $175. When asked about these differences, he claimed these are the "new" prices but he will "honor" the text. In the end, my $1300 price became over $3200!!!! They will try and charge you for everything they can after the fact, so please, get the estimate before they even start if you choose to do business with them. While trying to speak with ****** about the huge price difference he will only become rude and unprofessional. We waited at the delivery point for over 30 minutes for the movers to show up. ****** claimed they took a lunch but the time/money had already stopped. When the movers finally showed, first thing the guy does is tell me he will take off money off since they stopped. They left their supplies at my house. I opened one of the boxes they delivered at my storage, and I kid you not, wish I could post a pic, the box of stuff is not even ours and had a half drunk bottle of soda in it. Please stay away from this company and read all the negative reviews which show the same bait and switch tatic they have.

They ****. Scam artist. Changed pricing after move .Only one person showed up.One hour late.please do your self a favor stay away.I was so annoyed I told them to keep the furniture.After that that they lowered the price but charge was still 150 over the agreed price.

SCAM. DO NOT USE. I booked these guys with estimate total time 5hrs. They were supposed to arrive between 8:30-9:30, they arrived at 10:20. Once we got to destination they charged me for 10 hours of moving stating that they will reconcile after the unloaded. I HAD TO PAY CASH FOR THEM TO UNLOAD. They over charged me for packing material that they did not use $270 of bubble wrap. They finished at 5:20pm total of 7 hours. I ended up paying for 3 extra hours. I am a SINGLE SENIOR female and I felt like they took advantage of me. They charged me an extra $200 to move my couch. They said that anything over 200lbs is extra. Well the text they send you states extra for over 200lbs but it does not state that is costs $200 extra. They NICKED/DAMAGED my brand new floors at my new house and they LOST the screws to my bed. I contacted the company and no response. WORSE MOVERS. DO NOT USE. My movers names are ************** and ***************************. They said they are subcontractors. I CALLED OWNER DURING THE MOVE, **** AND HE JUST YELLED AT ME ON THE ***** AND SAID THAT I HAD TO TAKE IT UP WITH THE MOVERS.

They tell you one price over the phone to get your business. Once all of your items are on the truck they triple the estimated price. They charge you for hours and travel time way over the real time. It took them 3 hours to unload a storage unit on their truck and 1 hour to unload from the truck to my garage. ACCORDINGLY to GPS 20 minutes to the house. They changed me 8.5 hrs of labor 1.5hrs of travel time and add other items That was never talked about. The came out to $1800 for a job that at the most would be $600.

If I could give zero stars I would. We're in the middle of moving right now at this very second,and when we arrived at our moving location we were told we had to pay more than twice what was estimated. The estimation sent was under $700. We figured it could end up being slightly higher by not at the extreme.$1,484.89 for a two man move that from the looks of it will take almost 8 hours. $546 for packing materials (tape and bubble wrap) that were never in the estimate (and have always been included in previous moves I've had) and double the amount of estimated fuel surcharge 95 vs. 55. Moving from a 3/2 to a 2/2.Since we did not have to cash at hand we ask for some kind of arrangement. The option given was to take our stuff to storage and pay $250 per day.We had to get the extra money and zelle the money to a phone number, because of the amount, the bank put a 24 hold that we had to call to override (be prepared to be on the phone for over 1 hour)I'm sure the owner won't care about this review. Please do your due diligence and avoid this company at all costs.

Horrible company. They are not an official professional business. They have a trailer and its not a legit moving truck. Quoted under $700 and charged $1,874. Wouldnt unload until paid cash and wouldnt give any other way to pay. Charged 14 hours for a 9 hour job and wouldnt give any money back. They got a flat tire and they charged me for that time as well. Paid for the labor of 2 guys but only 1 was working to unload while the other was vaping. Neither would talk to me after I had an issue with the charges

Was quoted, in writing, by email $90.00 per hour, minimum 3hours, plus $69 fuel surcharge. Text message for start time came at 10:30 am. By 12:30 pm truck was at storage unit 2 hours after start, unload time when it was finally done took half an hour. Total should have been $339.00 + tax. Driver had us sign a document with some numbers on it. After the truck was loaded, he ADDED numbers to it and said the total was $805.00!! The manager, who stated his name was "****" accused me of making threats before I finished the first sentence, obviously he was scripted from plenty of practice with the situation. After 5 minutes he tried explaining that the call was being recorded where I immediately told him I now hope it was as You're supposed to LEGALLY disclose recorded calls upfront as it's a crime to record a call without upfront disclosure. By the way, ****'s real name is *******************. After my friends from the Broward ************** showed up, he agreed to almost the original number and instructed his movers to leave the furniture in the parking lot of the storage facility, my vehicle was parked where they couldn't move so they had no choice but to put it in the storage unit. It wasn't the driver's issue so we left them a tip and let them know they should never contract from them again. I am starting a class action suit against them so I need 4 more people to jump aboard and help stop these scammers from doing this again!

Total ****. Quoted me $505, total quote is below. To move 3 bedrooms a sofa and TV console. He said "it would take 3-4 hours for those items. You can see what was included below. They hit me with a $2255 bill, Thomas completely lied to me on the phone and denied saying what he said when we spoke. And they threatened to hold my furniture hostage if I didn't pay them. As a "professional " company they there's no wY they misquoted me to that degree. And tberez no way it ties that long to load. Also the drive was 1:20 in our 26 ft uhal it took them al.ost 3 hrs to get there. Thomas was completely unprofessional and my husband had to get on the phone to tell him to not disrespect me. Do not trust anything he says. And maybe sure you go with a reputable company that doesn't bamboozle you with the cost. Complete ****.

This company held my property hostage until I paid all the hidden fees that supposedly were included on an email that I never had to confirm as read!! ***** deceived me over the phone and I ended up paying the price! Hopefully customers will read this and avoid this company until they go out of business! I filed a formal complaint as well against this business. Seeking legal action as well!
