    I contacted Imoving about my move from ********** to **** and had a quote on a certain cubic footage involved. When the movers were moving everything the lead man said there was much more footage than originally quoted so I had to pay a substantial amount more to get everything packed. When I received the furniture at my destination a person who I had to hire to put the furniture into the apt we both agreed that the cubic footage was no more than originally stated. It was a total scam as far as Im concerned so I would not recommend them and I would go with a national carrier if I ever have another move.

    I cannot express how incredibly frustrating and intrusive my experience with ************************ has been. To begin with, I never submitted my information to themyet they have relentlessly called me multiple times a day from different numbers, even after I explicitly told them I was no longer interested. Blocking one number just results in them calling from a new one. It's beyond annoying, it's harassment.When I initially spoke with them, I asked directly if they were a broker, and I was told no. So when I asked how they obtained my information, they told me I would have to visit their website to "fill out the information." Excuse me? I had never seen their logo or their website before. When I questioned this further, the woman claimed she had emailed me informationwhich, surprise surprise, I never received. But she proceeded to transfer me to a broker.The broker immediately started trash-talking the other moving companies I had been in contact with, including reputable ones like Allied and Two Men and a Truck, calling them untrustworthy and incapable of guaranteeing anything. It was beyond unprofessional. I was floored by how they tried to discredit other companies just to make a sale. I told him straight out that I couldnt trust a company that speaks so negatively about others, and I hung up.But even that wasnt the end of it. Despite my clear and firm rejection of their services, they continue to harass me, calling from at least 3-4 different numbers a day. This is absolutely unacceptable. Ive told them multiple times to stop contacting me, but they dont listen.I would strongly advise anyone considering ************************ to stay far away. Their shady practices, dishonesty, and aggressive marketing tactics are a huge red flag. I can only imagine how they operate behind the scenes, and Ill certainly be reporting them to the appropriate authorities. If you value your privacy and peace of mind, do not engage with this company.

    The sales person called me on a Tuesday and gave me a quote and said he would call back in 2 days when I had more quotes. Told him I was going with a local company and he went for the hard sell. Told him there was a 3.09 rating, and he ****splained how reviews work when theres a high-volume business. Apparently averages are just something too complicated for my simple mind. I explained I wanted to go with a small locally-owned company, he got irritated said something snotty and hung up.Initially I was confident with the company, but every other company told me I would need 2 days and 2 trucks, which seems more realistic for a house with 5 bedrooms and a baby grand piano. I also couldnt find any local reviews for this company, the reason for that is that they just hire local movers, something Im capable of doing on my own. It also means if theres a problem Im not actually dealing with the people who moved me since I have a contract with Imoving(in *****), not whatever company shows up at my door.A response is not wanted or necessary.

    Please avoid this company at all costs! We initiated, worked with a relocation expert, and paid for our move on 9/25 for a 10/5 'same day' move. The sales reps promised he took down all the furniture and box estimate I provided and guaranteed me I wouldn't pay a dime more. Then when reviewing the inventory he 'created' we realized he was missing essential items I had made sure we're accounted for . During our QA call on 10/1, ****** claimed the sales guys couldn't be relied on and that's why he called customers to ensure everything was good to go. Despite the reps assurances we paid an additional 1k to account for our full inventory needs. We were assured a moving team would call and come on 10/5, we asked many questions and were provided many assurances. They lied! A moving 'team' wasn't assigned until 10/5 and they didn't even receive the full list of items we spent time curating on the iMoving space! They had to scramble to find a team that could move us and we're struggling. When we tried calling iMoving's Customer Support the lady was so horrendous, yelling, lacking sympathy or even empathy, interrupting me when I spoke, and then calling and yelling at the moving company. It was so bad the assigned moving company canceled their connection to the move due to her incredible rudeness. We ultimately had to cancel the entire thing, and were promised a call from Billing for a return of our funds. We have not yet received a call and our experience was so horrendous we didn't want to call for fear of being yelled at again. It's been a week. Thankfully we had a group able to move us that night, arriving at 6 pm and working until midnight separate from iMoving. Please stay away they don't care about you--only the money. All contacts we tried left us on read or ignored us to this day that day. Protect your money and mental health and don't use this company for a proper move.

However, we are truly sorry for the distress caused by the movers not showing up. As a gesture of goodwill, we will gladly refund your full payment.

    Additionally, we are deeply concerned by the unacceptable treatment you received, including being yelled at and shown a lack of empathy. This behavior does not align with our values, and we are actively investigating the matter further.

    iMoving was great at giving me a quote and scheduling the company and time of my transfer. ****** (not sure of spelling) was the company that did the actual work. ****** was prepared to meet me in a hurricane on July 8,24. Obviously we didnt do anything that day. ****** were my guys on the ground who were easy to get in touch with when I had concerns about fuel post hurricane, and after business hours. ****** moving was gentle with my stuff, kind, and professional. I will absolutely use ****** again. iMoving is available for communication during regular business hours.

    They changed days and time. They did not even know the items were not picked up on Sat. Neither I nor the movers could get in touch with them. They were not helpful at getting this worked out . I gave them 3 diff days to pick from 4,5,6 it ended up happening on the 7th because I got really angry. . I gave them a rating and they said they would get in touch with me. Never heard from them . The movers were not the problem. The brokers were, imoving

    Do not risk contracting with this company to move. ********! Jerked me around for a week, changing moving dates. Paid up front with list of items to be moved. They left an item in the driveway of the house I was moving out of, and it is still sitting in the driveway after several weeks. I have reached out to them numerous times asking for a delivery date to my new address to no avail. Trey in customer service is no help.
