This company handles the parking system at my high end apartment building in *************. One morning after brining my car down and it was obviously crashed on the front bumper. The staff is rude and denied any wrong doing. ***** was the "gentleman" that assisted me and provided no help. This incident was in July and till this day I have yet to hear back from anyone. My brand new car has stayed damaged and the company continues to state they are not responsible despite actual video coverage of the incident when my car was hit. STAY AWAY FROM GIVING ANYONE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS COMPANY YOUR CAR. They also have a bad habit of overcharging and only accepting cash. The fee changes depending on the attendants present.Review from Toshiba W

Very rude staff and without a doubt racist! Watched as they parked a car of a Hispanic patron but refused to park mine although I was parked the exact same way.Review from Levente M

I was told that parking was $20 but if I wanted to park it myself it was $30. That kind of raised my eyebrows since I've never had the that kind of offer let alone the experience where is more expensive if you park yourself rather than being cheaper when using the valet service. We decided to use valet, We received our car, tipped and when my husband looked at his glove compartment he noticed that they went through his things and stole some cash he had. We make sure to hide things well and not keep it visible to avoid the temptation that someone may have to steal. I also had dessert leftover from the evening, when I opened the container it and it was empty. I just cant believe that on top of stealing someone ate our food/dessert. I sent and email regarding this incident, I was told someone would look into it and never heard back.Review from Kristin B

Used their parking service while we stayed at Homewood Suites in Downtown *****/Brickell and the attendant would not let me park my own suv so after I handed over the keys, he proceeded to drive through the garage with my parking break on. The next morning when we came out to get the vehicle, there was a huge dent in the rear quarter panel that was not there before on my less than 2 week old vehicle. Another guest that was checking out and retrieving their suv at the same time had damage. Filled out claim forms but came home from vacation to find a letter from this D-class business saying they had already investigated the damages and they were not consistent with damages that occur in valet parking. Really? Clearly you didnt see my pictures. You clearly dont know your parking attendants and you clearly dont know the damages that can occur in valet parking. Kinda ironic that 2 vehicles parked by your attendants on 6/16/22 both had damage??!!
