On March 2nd, 2023, I, *****************************, signed a pool remodel contract with Helpflow Pools. The total value of the remodel is USD *********. On that same day, we made a USD ******** down payment using the Citi AAdvantage credit card ending in **** to start the project. As of 12/08/2023, nothing has been started. Since March 2nd to the present date, the company has changed owners and management. Ive been in constant contact with *********************, but since 11/22/2023, there has been no contact with them. They do not respond to emails not text messages, their website is down, and other people through the web have been met with the same fate. (look up HelpFlow Pools on ******* All recent reviews are bad). They also hired an architect to do the plans for the pool, and they have been rejected 4 times. *******************************, the ex-owner of the company, left the company and created a new one, and left me out to dry with the two new owners, whom do NOT have a valid pool contractor license (view attachments).

In October of 2022, we entered into a contract with Helpflow Pools LLC to construct an inground pool on our property and gave them a $2500.00 deposit. The permits were always denied due to the lack of the proper paperwork that the *************** needed. Time and time again. We made attempts to communicate with the pool company representatives. They responded by blaming their engineering ***** One year has passed and no permits have been approved. We canceled the contract in writing via e-mail. We are seeking the remaining amount of our deposit after incurred fees. No one from the company will respond to our e-mails or phone calls. I have called "*********************" the owner and left messages without any response.

On June 13th 2023 I signed a contract with HelpFlow Pools, a company owned at the time by ************************ and *******************************, 2 firefighters of Hollywood city and pool contractors (license under the name of ******************************* who now opened a new company "******** Pool and Spa" - CPC1459463.I paid the requested 15% of the quoted job as down payment, $9000 and since then they vanished. ignored my calls, number on the website is disconnected, website removed, text messages unanswered, as well as emails. ********************* accused ******************************* of stealing money and viceversa, I'm in the middle of their dispute but none of them refunded my money. I sent a demand letter that was ignored even though ******* Statute ******* should protect **. 4 months passed and my money has not been refunded. They did not start the job, they did not pull permits, made soil test, send drawings or plans or anything.
