    On 05-22-2024 I ordered a pool pump and my credit card was charged $500. I received an email verifying my order however I never received the product. I initially used the chat option on their website a month after the order and I was told they would contact the warehouse the next day. A month after that I emailed them through their website and again a month after that. I have never received a response despite asking them to cancel the order. They have taken $500 from me and 4 months later will not respond to any inquiries.

    this costumer is contacted by the costumer service to inform the product is not available and the refund notification here attach the proof the fund is already deposit in the costumer

    I see on my **** statement I was charged but at no point was it ever refunded. Ive searched all of my credit card statements since May 22nd.

    I have no record of this refund but the last two response are just "customer received the refund" so it's apparent this is not going to get resolved. I see no use in pursuing this further.

    Purchased pool pump for $750 on Aug 5, 2024. Business web page stated item in stock and will ship in 3 days. Company charged credit card on Aug 7, 2024 $750.00 and never sent item. I have called number listed many times with no answer. On two occasions Ive been able to leave messages but the other calls resulted in message saying voicemail full. I have never received call back. Ive sent numerous emails and still no response. Ive attempted live chat through their website and there was no response. Ive attempted to reach them through ******** review and still no response. We informed our credit card company to dispute charge.
