On 10/23/2022, an employee from WRS Water Restoration Solutions by the name of ******************* sent by ********************* from 911 CLAIMS whom I already filed a BBB complaint id. #******** handled by Ms. ********* ***************************************** came to my house located at ********************************************************** as I had roof and fence damages caused by Hurricane *** back on 9/29/2022. Ms. ********************* sent *********************** to put a tarp on the roof as I had several shingles that were blown away with the hurricane. ************** installed the tarp and decided to inspect the ceiling of a section of the garage that had a crack that my son had already fixed and ************** wanted to see if there was any water damage so he inspected the ceiling of the garage and he informed me that there was water damage in that area and that he was going to bring a machine to dry it. ************** brought the machine and showed me how to turn in on and off for 4 hours for three days. ************** did not monitor the machine at all he then proceeded to collect the equipment. I never received a signed document from the company stating what the charges were and since I received a cancellation of the contract from 911 CLAIMS whom referred WRS Water Restoration Solutions and I have a new public adjustor trying to help me with my situation with the roof, he just informed me that he did not find anything wrong with the ceiling of the garage as he inspected it yesterday and is unable to move forward until I receive cancellation of this company (WRS) as well. I am hereby asking for your assistance since I am unable to get ******* fix due to this WRS company whom have not sent me any documentation and all I have is pictures of the document ************** gave me to sign on 10/23/22. Please help me with this matter as I no longer want anything to do with these companies that seem to be working together referring one another due to the damages of Hurricane *** and ******. The machine was placed in my house for no reason. Thank you,

Public Adjuster ********************* (License #******** with **********************, was recommended by a colleague to assist me with the damages caused by Hurricane *** as my insurance company ****************** refused to install a tarp on the roof after the adjustor stated that several shingles got blown away with the strong winds and two sections of my fence got knocked down, and I had mentioned this to my colleague and she immediately recommended Ms. ********************** ************ came to my house on a Saturday to conduct an inspection of the roof and the fence, and ************ informed me that she could help and ensured me that my company (******************) will not only pay for the roof, but will also uninstall the solar panels from the roof and installed them back on. The problem is that the contract ************ gave me doesn't have a date other than the date of Hurricane *** (9/29/22) and to this day (11/23/22), ************ doesn't answer her phone, doesn't reply to my text messages or my email messages. The Company that ************ works for 911 Claims Corp., ************************************************************************** doesn't answer my email messages either. Prior from ************ coming to my house, there was another Public Adjustor who was willing to assist me and because ************ was highly recommended I did not hire him and he answers his phone when I call him. I no longer want **************** to deal with my house due to her lack of performance, failure to respond and for lack of communication, I am extremely disappointed. I don't know at this point if this is a legitimate company or if they take advantage of senior citizens who were affected by Hurricane ***. In addition, ************ sent a person to my house to do her a favor to inspect under the kitchen sink and when he came to the house (10/22/22) without my consent, he cut part of the water drainage which was not leaking at the time and he installed a plastic one and when he left, it started to leak as he did not put it tight and I had to tighten it as I could to stop it from leaking creating a problem that I did not have at the time. I am hereby asking for your assistance with cancelling these contract as he left me another yellow page which looks like the previous one she had left for the roof and she has not done anything to help me with the damage of the roof. Thank you for your prompt assistance with this request. *********************

    Business response

    12/02/2022

    Good afternoon.-

Ms. *****, just to clarify that the allegations in your comments are not correct since you have had a conversation with ********************* since the 18th of October of 2022 until November 23rd, 2022. We dismissed our contract with you and you were in agreement with such action, therefore, we never pursued the claim. On the other hand, all the contracts signed by you and ********************* were done by mutual agreement since the commencement of the claim. When all of this began you sought assistance from a plumber to repair your damage. You also even insisted we recommended someone to place a tarp on your roof.  Please see attached receipts of your conversation with ********************* and the general release agreement from our contract. Once again to clarify your allegations, we never even began to pursue the claim further since the process was stopped once you agreed to a release from our contract.

I am rejecting this response because:  The person who wrote the response did not provide accurate details.  First of all, the only reason I contacted Ms. ********************* was because she was highly recommended to me as I mentioned before by Listing Agent ************************* whom we are working a real estate transaction together.  Second, when ************ came to my house, I specifically told her that the damages caused by Hurricane *** were the roof and two (2) sections of my fence.  I never told her that I had any leaks or damages underneath my kitchen sink.  ************ took it upon herself to inspect under the kitchen sink and informed me that the wood looked like it had some damage but I informed her that I did not claimed to ****************** any kitchen damage and she told me if I added the kitchen sink the insurance company had to replaced the entire kitchen and I did not have any problems with my kitchen at the time so I said NO, that I only wanted her to follow up with the roof and the two (2) sections that got knocked down of my fence.  From the day she came to my house to inspect the roof, the fence and the kitchen (on her own), I never heard from her again as she did not replied to my text messages when I sent her the letter from ****************** stating that they were not going to fix the roof nor the fence. ************ never answer back and the only reason why I had sent her the letter from Homesite was for her to start moving with the repair of the damages.  But like you mentioned, she did nothing because she was too busy getting other contracts for your company and neglecting the ones she already had.  This is not the proper way to conduct business, she should be ashamed of herself by providing false information to the people and by making her friend Listing Agent ************************* looking bad by referring her because she is a very irresponsible person and if your company supports that behavior, then shame on you as well.  I am done with this matter and I do not want to deal with it anymore.  This is my final response for 911 Claims.

I want to take this opportunity to thank the Better Business Bureau for the ******************* you provide to the consumers.

    Sincerely,

    *********************

Please be advised that the only communication I had with Ms. ********************* was October 23rd when she came out to conduct the inspection of the roof and the fence which was the damage my house obtained with hurricane *******  On October 24th, I called to ask when the roof was going to be tarped since ****** informed me that it was going to be done by the company and there is a text message sent to me by ****** asking me in Spanish that the men who came to the house to put up the tarp had told her that I DID NOT want to put a claim for the kitchen or do a mitigation for the kitchen.  Then October 26th I sent ****** a text message letting her know that I had sent to my niece her name and telephone number.  On October 31st, ****** sent me a text message to let me know that my niece did not called her if I could sent her my niece's number.  On November 14th I sent ****** a copy of the letter of denial I received from my insurance Homesite stating they were not going to fix the roof and I also informed ****** that the tarp and the sand bags got moved and shifted with the strong winds of hurricane ****** and I never heard back from ****** and nothing was done.  I called her a few times after November 14th and no response and my roof is still the same today.

Hired company to help with a claim for my home. It has been 3yrs. Nothing has been done. Company does not return calls. Does not stay InTouch. They do not follow up with insurance company or response to company in a timely manner. Insurance file judgement in court and case was closed without repair because of default. Questioned ***** from 911 Claims and he has no idea what is going on. He said the attorney would call to explain and not to worry that the insurance company was just trying to scare us. Repairs are not done, case was closed and not I am not able to insure my property. My husband spoke with ***** on 03/22/2022 and he basically told my husband he was washing his hands from the problem to call the insurance and figure it out.
