  Im only here to inform & advise an inappropriate issue that had occurred on the 3rd of July. Three weeks ago in advance I had requested & submitted a 1 week paid vacation that I earned. From my understanding I had told the staffs that I will be putting in my two weeks after my vacations over though I was planning on telling the ** about it but ended up finding out about it on her own, the ** took it as if im acting behind her back. And so the very first day of my vacation not even 12hrs after the last shift I found out Ive been terminated. Im not looking for any settlement but I do believe I deserve every ***** Im supposed to receive from that very week of vacation though the very least I want an apology, It does not feel right that ive worked every second of my time exhausting myself for me to earn my vacation just to be revoked the very first day for no reason I did my job 100% the way it was supposed to be, I know she released me with no actual valid reason. The way that this business runs is ridiculously unfair based as to why Ive been terminated, to my understanding I felt I was terminated due to personal issues because I didnt mention it to the ** yet I didnt think itd lead to a negative outcome not to mention it took them 2 days to give me a response as to why ive been let go. One more thing the area supervisor *******************, Ive messaged in regards about my vacation pay & never did he responded which is unprofessional & disrespectful. I only wanted to advise the way they run their business & that this isnt okay this could only mean that theyll do it again with another employee.   Thanks for bringing this matter to our attention. We take such issues very seriously. Night ****************** has no official company policy of Paid Time Off. We have however have reviewed the request and given the complaint serious consideration, We have also reached out and chatted with the complainant. In the interests of resolving this matter and moving forward amicably, we have reached an agreement with the complainant to settle the requested leave pay.
