    I placed an order on April 28th 2024 at 4:28 AM for 2 pairs of leggings but realized one of the items was not leggings it was a sports bra after I received an email confirmation of my order. Immediately at 4:29 AM I replied to the email to cancel the order and the reason why. I did not receive a reply so I sent another one apologizing for the confusion. For over 24 hours I did not receive a reply to my request. Instead on April 29th 2024 I received an email confirming my order has been shipped but the label had just been created. I replied that I had requested the order not to be sent and requested CLS to stop the shipping. There is no phone number a consumer can call to speak to anyone. The only communication with the company is by way of emails which benefit the company and not the consumer. This makes me feel like I don't have any rights and once I place an order I cannot change it for any reason. I want them to recall this order and credit my money back to credit card. I cannot wear their sports bras because they are too small for me and do not fit me properly. They seem more fit for cups A and B and not C and D. Thank you

Please be informed that our non-custom (**) items are ineligible for cancellation due to their prompt dispatch subsequent to order placement.
