  We signed a contract with *************** from Diaz E Corporation. He never completed the septic system, stopped answering our calls and emails and didn't return the money. He stole our money.

  I have signed a proposal for a new leaching field for my house at ************************************************************************** with Diaz E Corporation in end of December 2022 and with a payment of $4000.00 as requested by Diaz E Corporation and the balance to be paid at completion of Leaching Field for the other $4000.00 . He received the permit toward the end of January 2023. he also was to pump out my sewer for free until the job was completed and county passed the inspection. Well i contacted him a few times and he did pump the sewer three times and the fourth time is where it was impossible to get in contact with him. He call me and said in early February and said he was going to start my leaching field that week but never showed up and stopped pumping my septic tank. As of February 22,2023 i tried to reach him everyday by text , emails and the two phone # i have for him. Sense February he has not responded to me up to todays date of 8-10-2023. i have tried every method of reaching possible and have gotten no responses. I had to hire another company to contract the job so i don't have to keep pumping out my septic tank every 4 weeks do to leaching field not working. it cost me $350.00 each time. I tried to contact him just to get my money back and don't want him to do the job due to lack of work and not responding or showing up to do work. i do not trust his company any more and just want my $4000.00 back that seem he is stealing from me. Please help in this situation, it would be appreciate.

  This company installed a septic drain in our rental property last September 2021 , we paid $2500 for them to install it with 3 year warranty, in February the drain was backing up , the ground was soaked wet until now we called the company several times kept saying be there tomorrow tomorrow never comes several times with so many excuses Then they said they came by and check which they never did , and said it will never work so the owner name Raycel said he will refund us for the whole $2500 and kept promising to pay last Friday , Friday came he said he had an emergency hes in ***** then he said h*** pay Monday , Monday came did not hear from him until now which is may 5th we started talking on the phone and texting since February , no result so Im reporting this company fir being a fraud his phone # is ********** , Diaz E corporation Septic tank company ,

  On March 24th 2022 I contracted Diaz E Corporation for a septic draining and inspection report in order to close on my home purchase. They quoted me $250 for the draining and $100 for the report. On the 24th they were unable to complete the job despite keeping me waiting for most of the day. March 25th they had another driver come out to my home and he completed the septic cleaning. Throughout this whole process I emphasized to ************ and his drivers that I really needed that inspection report ASAP. I was there and witnessed the drivers sending photographs and videos of the septic tank and I was told that these images would be included in my report. Keep in mind I was charged $100 extra for them typing out this report. Shortly after the driver finishing the job *********** called me to take payment over the phone, I received an email containing the transaction invoice. The document was titled "Invoice", it stated the job description, the words "septic tank in good condition" and the price paid for the service. I called ************ and told him "I received your invoice, I am still waiting on the report" , I was shocked when he replied "that is the report". I told him writing"septic tank in good condition" under the service description line on his invoice and charging me $100 did not constitute creating a report. It included no pictures, no specifics at all of the work done and items observed. I proceeded to call ************, he agreed to create a proper report and have it over to me ASAP, he was going to talk to "the office". Well that was the last time I spoke to ************, that was on March 27th. To this day the does not answer my messages or calls. Unfortunately after this incident I went on ****** and yelp reviews and it seems that I am not the first person to have this problem with him. Falsely advertising the creation of septic reports, charging for them, and then leaving clients with no replies. I want a refund of the $100 charged for the report.
