If I could give this review negative stars I would! Horrible horrible! It's sad that this is the poor service that this establishment is offering! After leaving a pair of simple sandals and a high end purse for a simple repair back in June and attempting to retrieve my already paid for items I kept getting "I'm sorry I haven't had a chance to do this...I have too much...I promise I'll have it for you tomorrow...even offered to take it to my house" and after attempting to pick up my items on 4 occasions...I still didn't get a repair that I had prepaid. When I requested for my items and a refund, the owner tried to convince me again that he would have it done. At which point I was not going to wait any longer for a service I had paid for over 2 months ago. When he returned my items to me, I realized that my high end purse had been damaged with large stains of oil or shoe varnish, needless to say I'm very upset. Now a purse that is over $2K is completely destroyed, he offered to clean it, I obviously did not allow him to do so. So unprofessional, he should not be running a business. I should have realized this when I first walked into the store front. You immediately get welcomed with a complete mess! Everything thrown everywhere, zero organIzation, no wonder he can't get it together. Additionally, as I was waiting in line on my 4th attempt to retrieve my items, two other customers were upset because their items had also been pushed off and they also had been waiting for over a month and had several attempts to retrieve their items which they did it get.I have used the services from this establishment in the past and never had an issue. I will never return to this establishment! I'm hoping this post allows others to seek shoe or purse repair services from a different location.
