This company is NOT LEGIT. I ordered something Dec 2nd. And I complete order arrived today Jan 8th. They advertise fast and free shipping . When you call the support line you leave a message! I have NEVER EVER had and issue like this. Total scam.Review from Alan C

I cannot in reality allocate even 1 star to the review since my experience has been awful but had to in order to proceed. I recently ordered an item on the 5th December ( order no: ****** ) for a Christmas present as they promised fast delivery. I have not received the product and I have emailed chasing the whereabouts several times. Each time I receive what appears to be an automated email stating different tracking numbers from a courier company in China. This details different results ie:"in transit" and then "ready to be packed" but never progresses. I have requested a refund numerous times to my credit card and my requests have been ignored. I do not believe the item has ever been dispatched and with further investigation see several negative reviews stating the same issue. I believe this is a **** business who should be held accountable. There should be a warning not to order from this site.Review from Jim F

I recently purchased the 5Minskin IPL device. Easy to use, with a sleek and ergonomic design that makes it comfortable to hold. Im very satisfied with both the 5Minskin IPL device and the level of customer support. The device works as advertised, and the support team made the entire experience even better. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking for an effective and convenient hair removal solution at home.

I bought this item after seeing a ******** ad and immediately out of the box, it did not work. It turned on and then immediately turned off. I was never able to get it to turn on again. I sent the company emails with pictures and videos of it NOT working and they sent the same automated emails back to me time and time again, causing me to give up, which I am sure is the goal. They had asked to resend pics and video to allowable format (they were ALL in the format specified by them) and just kept sending the same email verbatim. This is a scam business and needs to be held accountable.Review from Crystal C

Actually the worst zero stars. I need to return the product. No luck with anyone answering the customer service no No way to reach the seller for a return via telephone is Horrible. Makes you wonder about this scammy business practice and makes you extremely hesitant to order direct with these types of businesses.Better business bureau needs to step in and s*** them down. They insist you try it for 60 days and you can return within 90 days. I want to return it now. I understand there is a restocking fee of 10%. Let me know the return process immediately please. First let me say that I had a really good customer service experience; my device quit working and they have no problem replacing it with a new one.As for...does the device really work? I ordered 5minskin device for my daughter. Her dermatologist didn't recommend the hair removal device. He said we sould sent it back. I emailed the company and asked for a refund. I asked if they could send me a label for the return. They wanted me to try the device. They never sent me an email, that I received. I tried to call, but I never got to talk to anyone or leave a message. We were going to send it back today, but it's been over 30 days. If I did send it back I don't think I would get my money back. *********************5minskin Response
