    I bought a crossnet volleyball 4 square for my granddaughter. The box arrived intact. However a piece was missing and I have been trying for over a month to get this one piece sent to me but the customer service has been terrible! There is no phone number so the email responses I get are just further questions and tell me they're working on it. So frustrated! Never do business with this company. I sure won't. It's still not resolved. Should have been very easy.

    Is this even a company. I placed my order two weeks ago. Confirmed my order but nothing regarding shipping or any response from my emails. Seems like I was scammed

    I am missing a pole at the top of the net, I have tried numerous times emailing them so I can replace the pole. I have never heard a single word from them. My PE class can't even play the game because I can't replace the pole. I have never had a business where they don't even try to communicate with you. I am very frustrated, been going on for over 2 months now.

    This is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. I have an email thread beginning on June 28th that includes over 28 emails of them saying they will be handing this and yet nothing. I bought their crossnet volleyball set from ***** s Sporting Goods and one of the poles was broken. That is when I reached out to them to replace one pole, well here I am over three months and over 28 emails later and they just keep saying it will be handled. I don't think they have any plan to make this right.

    We are sorry about the poor experience you had. We apologize for the delay in the replacement. In 2023 we switched the CROSSNET model to a newer version and it rendered a lot of the prior replacement **************. We have parts that arrived and were sent out and more parts coming. 

    We just updated your order from a replacement to a new set. We are in stock of these and it will the complete replacement will ship out this week.

    I ordered the pool version online after it said it would ship within 24 to 48 hours. I ordered it (U77134) on May 29th. I ordered it for my daughters birthday that was on June 14th. It still is not delivered. They sure were quick to charge my card, but did not hold their end up at all. No explanation or reason for delays. I had to spend money on another item to have for her birthday. Now I am out more money. Cross eat needs to be honest with customers about shipping times or be better at processing orders. I see they are a habitual offender of this same issue.
