storage king of Zephyrhills is absolutely ridiculous. Hardly ever on site when you call the number to try to pay online the lady hung up on me. It seems like every month their prices are going up i will be moving my stuff very soon. I do not recommend them at all. They also charge you $12 for insurance but will not provide you with any paperwork showing what the $12 is covering by far. The worst storage Facility Ive ever had.

The complex in New Caney Texas is one of the worst I would never suggest anybody get a unit with this company anywhere. They hiked their prices randomly whenever they want. When I first started with the company I selected an option and then when I went in to get the unit I was told that option wasn't available. Customer service is a joke answering the phones another joke the whole company is trash.Review from Wendy T

I moved out of a unit on ********* road in ****** unit 526 on March 8th 2024, cleaned out the unit and let the branch manager know and she assured me that my account would be terminated, then billed for another month with late fees, I even sent an email to them through their website on March 9th, 2024 confirming I moved out and to close my account and now am having problems getting in touch with anyone, this is completely shady,,bewareReview from Juanita M

The property has no concern whatsoever about customer service. They only want the money. I was moving everything out and the payment was due that day, the property manager was trying to put a lock on the unit for nonpayment. I had to pay for a month even though it was being emptied out and they can rent it again. This company is as low down and sorry as it gets.Review from Blaise M

Very unprofessional! Also if u value your belongings or have items that r special to u, whatever u do DONT store them with Storage King USA in **********, **. This facility is plagued with break-ins, bad management, & lazy employees. Plus they will lock u out of your paid unit if they need to talk to u. There shouldn't be allowed to lock u out of your PAID unit! These people r dirt bags!
