    June 19 2024, contacted company regarding return of 3 pairs of sunglasses. Had numerous texts with company regarding having a difficult time in getting into my account. Forgot my number. Did file with a service rep and received a return text from her (******) stating actual text back Hi *****,Thank you for reaching out!We have received your return request. Good news this return you dont need a shipping label, because as a show of our appreciation for your patronage, were going to let you get them item(s).     On July 4, 2023, I made a purchase online from Prive Revaux (************************************) during their buy one get one free promotion. I bought The Chica sunglasses in black and added the same glasses in light pink for the free pair. My total was $48.61, which is the cost of one pair of regular priced The Chica sunglasses plus $4.95 in shipping.I received them both today, July 8, 2023, but Im not happy with how they look on me. I initiated the refund process online to find that my entire order (two pairs of sunglasses) is ineligible for a refund. I thought this was a mistake because I read their return policy before placing my order and my purchase met all the requirements to make them eligible for a return. I contacted customer service and they confirmed that my purchase is ineligible because the free items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. I paid for one, full priced pair of sunglasses in order to receive a free pair, so I should be able to return that pair.I would like to return the glasses I purchased for a full refund (minus $4.95 in shipping). Im more than happy to return both pairs of glasses as long as I receive my refund in full.

    I ordered sun glasses to ***************************** as a gift and she received a empty box. The order number is ******. I contact customer service but they just say they will get back to me later but I still haven't received the sun glasses.
