After a year still no refund ! They are unprofessional and not truthful. They seem to have a lie for each thing you ask I want my money!

Asked for a refund in August. Still waiting. They are quick to take money slow to refund

WORST experience I have EVER in my LIFE had. I was suppose to lipo done and I end up changing my mind and requesting a refund back on 11/4/2022 Went through their refund processing time which I had no problem with it was their policy. I got a little over a thousand of my money back sent to my bank and the rest they said they mailed out which I NEVER RECEIVED I allowed the 15 business day mark **** never came called back when I FINALLY able to get hold of their refund department they told me they would have to investigate why the check never came and that would take an additional 15 working days then they could resend it again come to find out they sent it to the wrong adress which is negelace on their part I literally had to hond these people for 2 weeks to make sure they resent my **** money eventually they said they resent it. However I NEVER received that check either. Every time I called the office left email to the refund clerk who Ive just found out today is their office manger or thats what they are saying ************ is full of it Anyways they gave me the runaround whole bunch of messages that she does NOT return. They had me Go and Open a Bank Account with ***** Fargo because they told me that it was the best way to receive my money Which I did not want to but I did just trying to do what ever needed to be done to get my **** money for SERVICES THAT WAS NOT RENDERED I sent her the banking information through email and she responded back Finally telling me to allow ***** business days. Today marks the 15 business day and STILL NOTHING I called the bank several times today just to see if their was any deposit pending to the **** account that these people had me go and open and I already have a bank but they said they could not send it to my bank it had to be their list of banks I have been reaching out all day I ask for a refund in 2022 we are now in the end of May of 2023 I will be pursuing legal action if I do not have my money by the end of the week

Please Please Please do no not go to this place. I literally had an appointment scheduled back in September with them. I was in a car accident in which I hurt myself pretty badly, and had to cancel my appointment . They have a policy in which if you cancel you will receive a certain percentage of the money that was placed on your account towards your surgery. Ive literally been waiting on a refund check for over 3 months now. They give me several excuses of why it hasnt made it to me. First excuse the check was lost in the system. Then the 2nd excuse is that they had to investigate the check. They claim it takes 15 days to mail a check within the U.S in which Ive never ever had to wait that long to receive a check. Here it is another two weeks have gone by and I still have yet to receive a check. I call their so called refund department in which Im placed on excessive wait time, just to only be hung up on after being on hold for 45 minutes to an hour. I Thank God that I did not proceed with the surgery because if theyre handling this place of business like this, I sure wouldnt want them going near my body. Trust me they seem to be nice and generous when you begin the process of signing up, but once they get your money everything from that point on is unprofessional. I dont know if Ill ever receive the check, but I know some people in high places and they better hope to see the following year.

Got Bbl with **************** Oct. 2018 one of my buttock has very noticeable indentation. Couldnt get contact with **************** for correction and coordinador wanted to charge me 60% more than what I paid the first time to fix issue.
