I want to warn other customers about this company. I contracted them to install lime stone tiles in my patio and I had a terrible experience on top of all the extra charges that were added without my consent. The owner kept charging us for extra material without consulting with me or my husband. The owner subcontracts workers that are not qualified. The tile installer was very rude, disrespectful and he did a horrible job plus he broke so many tiles.The entire job was supposed to be $14,500 plus taxes and fees, I ended up paying more than $25,000.The job was for a large area that required more than one person to work on, however the owner insisted that it will be done on time. Then mid way through the project the installer brought a young man, a family member, to help him. It took him almost 2 months to finish the job.Some days he would show up for few hours, and some days he won't show up at all.The owner is not a person you can trust at all, he is very manipulative.Most importantly, the reason for my review is to warn other customers from this company and to make sure that other customers do not suffer like I did by contracting them.I understand that finding a good company for installing tile is hard, but this company is really a very bad one to consider.
