    I have been a member of Interval International for over ******************************************************************* other locations. I am now dealing with a discrepancy in credit given for payments made to upgrade the type of room I wanted to exchange. The exchanges were never made; therefore the upgrades for which I paid for do not apply. Normally, you are refunded the upgrade fees when the exchange requested doesnt happen in the set time period.On March 4th, May 22 and 29th, 2024, I made requests for exchanges. I was billed $229.00 for each date. Each one was paid by my credit card the day after the requests, March 5th, May 23rd and May 30th, 2024. None of those exchanges ever transpired. I did receive a credit of $229.00 on July 17th, but I dont know which exchange that was for. That leaves two dates/fees that were not refunded, which is a total of $458.00. I contacted Interval International and spoke with customer service, who passed me on to a man named ******. He claimed I was reimbursed $229.00 on two different dates, to a credit card that ended in numbers (0688). I checked with my credit card company and they have no record (nor did it appear on any of my statements) with those two credits. I explained this to ****** but he just brushed me off that his records indicated I had been credited and that was that. I contacted my credit card company again and explained everything, but they insisted there was no such credit given by Interval. They also pointed out that I had paid $99.00 on Nov. 8th, 2024, which also never exchanged and was never refunded.I called Interval again and the agent spent over an hour trying to figure out the problem but only came up with he couldnt help me. I asked to speak to ****** again, but he said he didnt know how to find him.

    Horrible process for reserving. Website doesn't work to book reservation half the time. Take a full day off work to book a stay if you decide to join Interval.

    Absolutely terrible!!!!! They should be out of business! Near impossible to use deposited weeks especially, since COVID where we deposited 6 weeks from our home resort in **************. We used 4 but didn't get the worth from them as we used two for a bare minimum hotel stay, we only stayed one night each week deposited, disgrace! The other 2 were ok, but not nearly equal to our home resort and we used 2 weeks but only stayed 5 nights!!!!! Now, we have 2 weeks left and I had to extend them because I thought in doing that we could use them somewhere, however, I come to find out that now the extended weeks only have a booking window of 59 days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I guess that's good if you want to go to ****** in February or the ********* during hurricane season! Their customer service is probably the worse I've ever encountered! Very condescending and nasty stating that I should've read the fine print and that they didn't have a button for that! What a joke. There should be a class action suit filed against them! Disgraceful!!!!!!!!!!

We apologized for the inconvenience she experienced with our service and provided a clearer understanding of how the program works. Additionally, we offered some solutions and placed Mrs. ***** on a high priority waitlist.

    Absolutely horrendous! I purchased an exchange with the option for 3 retrades costing an extra $89. I get an email confirmation of the purchase and have the letter and it made no mention that a trade had to be done within 14 days of the arrival. Offered to forward it as well. They tell me it was in the fine print on your mobile device when you booked. Gets escalated and the same thing. NO offer or EFFORT to resolve anything. Then I get hung up on by the escalated support agent while on hold. Call back and the agent sounds like shes talking with a pillow over her mouth and cant understand her. Then I get transferred and can hear the agent but she says she cant hear me and hangs up. The lack of effort or diligence is deplorable! As a finance executive and former *** I would fire my staff if they did nothing to resolve an issue. I don't even need the 3 trades at this point just cancel my reservation and issue me a new week. But nobody is helpful. Further there is no cancellation policy on the website I could find, nor did I ever receive a confirmation certificate with the fine print they supposedly says exist. *******

    I missed the banking deadline on my bonvoy points so I HAD to convert to interval. After conversion I called multiple times to find out how many points I now had to use with interval to book a stay. They would not provide me a balance despite escalating to a supervisor and was told to book a trip and if we had enough points it would allow the booking. Which in itself is a totally unacceptable answer. Well we gave up and booked a trip and it was accepted. Only to find out after the trip we did NOT have enough interval points and they pulled from future bonvoy options without telling me. If I'm a bonvoy owner and they can pull from future options to cover the balance then I would never have been rejected from any booking. I am currently fighting to have those points returned as that is absolutely horrible

    I would do a zero if possible. Total Rip Off! They basically play the sea shell game when they are telling you the ins and outs for the Timeshare. Then you get locked into to find out it is not at all what was discussed. Do not get the Credit card either! Called to pay off a balance of 8/22/24. Granted my due date was 8/18/2024 but when I called the balance I was given is what I paid off. Fast forward to September I find out they charged me a late fee on 8/18/2024 but that was not included in the balance when I called on 8/22/2024. Of course when I noticed it was on 9/19/2024 so I called and paid the late fee but told the *** I will not be paying another one as their system should be giving the correct balance just like **** and other ***utable companies do. Fast forward to October and once again another late fee for a late fee. Called and spoke with the *** and then 2 managers and the best that could be done is credit $15 maximum towards a late fee. They could not tell me why they can only do $15 when they charge $40 plus the $2 interest. Let not forget about that! I will be making the $28 payment and closing the card. Stuck with the timeshare though! Totally ridiculous!!!

    We have had a timeshare for over 10 years now. We used to be able to find good vacation options with Interval, but not for the past several years. We have tried MANY times and MANY different options to be able to use our week we gave them 2 years ago & there was NOTHING available unless we wanted to go overseas or across the globe! Never using again & they should be out of business.

    Terrible. Almost impossible to use and when you do try to use it costs an huge amount in extra fees. It is a much better deal just to find travel deals online. Worst experience ever.

    This place is predatory and an absolute scam. Someone please shut them down before they rob anyone else. They claim to allow a vacation exchange then hit you with mandatory fees that cost more than if you booked outside of an exchange. Deceptive company that has no business operating in the ***.
