            This business refuses to provide me with a copy of a letter stating how much the tax lien they put on my vehicle is for. They say they sent me a letter but I never received it. They are refusing to provide any written evidence and I believe they are hiding something in the charges. The manager ***** also refused to tell me the total over the phone and said she had other customers to attend and hung up the phone. Extremely unprofessional. I would like written evidence of how much my tax lien is in order to resolve this complaint.

            Professional Lien & Title Service Corp. has been in business for over 30 years.

            We provide notices of lien for repair , towing, storage, and Marines companies.

            We only act as agent for the lienors trying to collect on their unpaid bills.

            Please tell ********************** to provide us with the name of the facility or Vehicle ID number for the unit we filed a lien on.

            We can not search a case by the name of  the owner/customer.

            the vehicles vin number is ***************** it is a white 2022 dodge challenger. It was at a maaco body shop located at ******************************************************. I just need a copy of that notice sent to my email.
