On Oct 31st I purchased from USA Tools also doing business as Race Car Tools utilizing my PayPal account, a Devilbiss spray gun gfg-670 plus. The order number was ****. I entered ****** gfg-670 plus and USA Tools advertised they had this gun. This gun was discontinued by Devilbiss several months ago as I had orders in at Eastwood and Summit for this gun but months later were cancelled due to no longer available. They normally listed for $390 to $400 but USA Tools was showing them in stock for $758. I was willing to pay double because I use this gun exclusively on my shop for painting and have 4 guns identical and a large assortment of parts. After I purchased, they sent **** second day. The package was mailed inside a larger box with no pillows or bubble wrap for cushioning. The box arrived all crushed and rattled inside. The spray gun box had come open and a spare nozzle was rattling inside. When I examined the opened box, I found the gun was a Devilbiss GPG not a GFG which is a completely different gun that can be purchased on multiple sites for approx $400. I felt I was baited into buying a GFG 670 plus gun and it was switched with a GPG ******. I feel it is false advertising and requested a Return Authorization Number to return for full credit. Their website advertised a 30 day return policy. I tried to talk with the manager but only will let you speak with a salesman who communicates with manager and comes back to you with their response. They said because box was opened, no longer returnable. I sent them pictures of box. I didn't open their spray gun box as it opened in shipment due to poor packing. They have refused to communicate and I have sent an email saying that I have filed a dispute with the Bank of credit card. I also informed USA Tools that I was going to file a dispute with BBB. On the day I contacted them that sent a partial refund with no explanation. A refund of $219.22 of a total of $770.63 was not satisfactory.

The USA Tools listed on invoice is the company I purchased spray gun from. When it came to payment, my **** card thru the ************ showed the company as Race Car Tools. Apparently, you order tools from USA Tools and they run all their purchases thru their company Race Car Tools. It is obvious they use this ploy to confuse anyone wanting to return product for refund. They can say they don't have a website and is probably correct but they are definitely part of USA Tools that does have a website and product and sales staff. Not being truthful about relation ship.
