  September 24th while I was driving, Miami Gardens police department arrested me for a warrant I had for miss a court day and sent my car to a private parking of their choice which operate as a towing company as well.Kings Wrecker Service - is the. Name The only reference I had was a business car from the officer gave me at the moment she was. Ready to Leave after processe to been locked up, I paid a bond, was release next day in the morning When I went to pick up some of my belongings the car wasn't there, they sent it to a another junkyard. I went there, I asked the parking place how much is per day, planning leaving the car There for a few weeks till I put my insurance and drivers license up to date, the answer of my question was $20 per ****** was fine to me because I can't drive and needed a space to leave the car and time to put all together, I walked out of the garage, saw my car parked and picked up some of my stuff, they didn't make me sign any agreement, the only info was 20 per day plus the towing service, but he didn't ask when and how I'm gonna pay it, the didn't billed me or any receipt Short story is I called after 30 days and the person in charge ( the 20 guy) laughing told me that my car, which I bought last year, paid in full $21 000 was sold by them and I wasn't the owner of the vehicle anymore, I didn't receive any information stating that by the law of Florida they can sell my car after 30 days, I'm still on shock.I asked them some proof of the notification and told me they don't have to show me nothing. I bought that car with heritage money from my mother death... I would never loose a 21k car for a bill that they never asked me to pay or made me sign any agreement of the amount due and letting me know their rules, I'm from ********, just moved here no too long ago. I've be sharing my issue with florida residents and they think I'm paying bout the 30 day policy the car is on sale in the internet by the same dealer I bought it from??????

  The vehicle involved in this complaint was impounded by order of the ******************************* on 09/24/2024 under case number ************ The person operating the vehicle was arrested and the vehicle was impounded and stored at our facility for safe keeping. On September 30, 2024 we conducted a 50 state title search as required by Florida State Statute and sent out claim of lien notifications via certified mail. The notices stated that the interested parties had until 11/04/2024 to claim the vehicle. No one came to pick up said vehicle or settle the bill owed to King's Wrecker Service, Inc. On 11/04/2024 at 9:00 AM, we processed the paperwork for title and the vehicle was subsequently sold at auction. As Mr. **** was told by the arresting officer where the vehicle was to be stored. Mr. **** had ample opportunity to retrieve the vehicle from our storage lot. He was even in possession of one of our business cards which was provided on the date of tow by our driver.

  Please review the attached PDF file. This is proof that we sent out notifications and followed all rules and regulations as set forth by Florida Statute and the Miami-Dade Towing Ordinance. The failure to pick up the vehicle falls on the shoulders of Mr. ***** The vehicle was held at our facility for 40 days. The fact that Mr. **** failed to pick up his vehicle or appointed a friend or family member to do so over the 40 day time period is not the fault of King's Wrecker Service, Inc. As a result, King's Wrecker Service has no obligation to reimburse Mr. **** for the loss of his vehicle.

  I arrived at home around 3am at my complex, design place. I asked the security at the gate if they are towing cars and he told me no. I had asked him this because there was no parking, they have no assigned parkings so I couldnt find any where I can park so I parked on the side of my building. I woke up at 7am and my car was towed, the security guard lied. My car was towed by this company, when I arrived the $500 cash I had in the car was stolen. My wallet and ID were gone as well. I had just gone to the bank the night before and I had left my cash inside the car to pay my rent the following day. The tow company did not want to give me the individual that towed my truck and followed with an argument. Their tow company review is full of the same incident where they go in peoples cars and steal.
