    January 2023, I was invited by reference from a friend to a presentation at Viajeros24, at **********************************************. They sold me that I would have 4 weeks a year in free hotels each year for an additional cost of US$*****. the benefits of being a member and access to a page to reserve, sell my weeks, and buy at the *******************, plane tickets, and car rentals at the lowest cost on the market. Seeing the benefit of the weeks in free hotels I decided to buy the package, there the manager told me that because it was that day I would receive 6 weeks and not 4 for the same price US$ *****. In the month of June, I tried to make my reservations through the ********* page and when I could not make my reservations, I started to contact them through the page in the chat they have, there no one could help me they told me that I had to pay. Then I contacted the Concierge number they gave me and called, there they also told me that I had to pay for my week.Seeing this situation, I contacted the number indicated to me: ******************* **************** (*************************) answered me, explaining to me that he didn't know what they told me, but I didn't have anything free and that what I paid was to go to the page and buy, I didn't have the 6 weeks free. I asked her to give me a refund, she told me that she had to send it to the corporation and they would give me a response in 2 business days.I received a letter where she said that my request was denied but they did not give me any explanation or option. I called again to try to speak with a manager or supervisor and ************************* told me that she couldn't give me anyone, no name, no phone number, and no one there could talk about my case. I was treated without any explanation and with rudeness.I contacted ************ Helps, and they did not respond either.

    The company's name is: "V24 ************ **** phone number ************* and ************* operating from ***** address: *********************************************************** THEY ARE FRAUDULENT BUT THEY CONTINUE TO CHANGE THEIR NAMES but you can follow the money trailing it goes to a sales point "Sales ********* car." they operate and charge from ***** having other travel agencies selling their inexistent packages in ******, Columbia and ********************. "My *************** package" was sold from one of their agencies in *** ************************* rents" in ******* ************* but bought here in ***** and paid with American debit and credit cards You will find all the documentation I have found from them attached.The way they operate is that by phone; they sell you a hotel reservation for a week in my Case a week in *******. they take your creditcard and information sending you a confirmation number to the hotel your reserved. But once you arrive in your trip you find out that they took the money out under Sales Viajero but never paid the hotel reservations you need to PAY EVERYTHING IN ORDER TO STAY . Once you call long distance in the middle of your mess. They tell youth the money subtracted is for a 4 day stay in ****** all inclusive resort, Where you will have to assist a timeshare meeting in the hotel. BUT NOT FOR YOUR RESERVATION. they are doing this to many people and they continue to change their names as your will see

    Viajero24.com I had a presentation it offered a free cruise I have no information about it.I also asked to cancel the membership ,they don't answer there phone and don't call back.Ive been charge ****** to start membership and ***** Monthly for Two years.I don't want there membership.please help

    We bought a vacation membership with viajero24. We financed it. We have signed contract for 2 years of free membership. They cancel our membership this year saying it’s only free for a an entire year. We have showed them our signed contract but they refused to help us. They don’t pick up their phones anymore. This is something we payed already. We want our money to be refunded to financial company. This is not what we signed up for.
