    On 08/30/2023 at around 07:00 PM, I went to purchase a car from 111 Auto Sales. I was looking at 2 different SUVs they had posted in marketplace ********* From their posting, they advertised that everything worked in the car including the air conditioning (**) where they advertised it as "** PERFECT". The car that I was most interested in buying, I drove it and could hear some loud noises coming from the engine. I decided not to buy it. By that time it was close to 08:00 PM and decided to leave. Before I left, one of the car salesmen approached me and asked me if I wanted to buy the other SUV. I said it was late, I could only test drive the car, and I would have to return to check out the car. They agreed and let me drove the car. They also asked me leave a deposit of $500 in order for them to hold the car and make sure that I was coming back. I left a deposit of $500 with verbal agreement that I will return on 09/01/2023 to check the car. Coming from work late on September 1st and noticed it was almost dark, I called the place to let them know that I will not be able to come, but nobody answered the phone. On 09/02/2023, I went to check out the car in order to pay the rest of the money. Upon requested, they were reluctant for me to check out the car and wanted for me to sign the documents first. I told them that was the agreement was that I had to check the car before I bought it; they then agreed and let me check the car. After turned on the car, the engine sounded good, proceeded to turn on the *** but the ** wasn't working; only blowing hot air. When I told them the ** was not working, they tried to convince me that the ** only needed some "FREE ON". When I asked them to put some free on just to make sure that the ** worked, they said no they did not have any free on available. When I told them that I was going to buy the free on myself to test the *** they refused. At that point, I asked them to refund my $500, but they refused as well.

    08/04/2022 This SMALL dealer has a page in marketplace on ******** with a false picture and 0 reviews. When I got to the dealership the manager ***********************, accepts only cash and any deposit given it is not reimbursable... this dealership gives you NO warranty for any car at all. they aren't responsible for anything wrong with the vehicle even if its 2 minutes after buying. Everything here is a lie and I really wish I would've never crossed paths with these kind of people. Not to mention, the customer service is absolutely the worst. They don't care about pleasing the customers they just lie to sell broken cars. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!!!! They have not tried to resolve the issue, once they steal your money they are satisfied. please trust all of the 1 star reviews on ****** and don't make the same mistake we all have.. this business should be shut down.

    I brought a suv **** ***** ******** for 4500 from 111 auto sales inc. they said the car was in great shape no problems at all. I got to the gas station the car cut off. They came jumped the car said it was the battery. I made it home. The car wouldn’t start no more. We replaced 1500 worth of parts not including labor. The said the motor is blown and the dealership knew that. I called them back for my money back or for another vehicle or for them to fix it. He stop answering my calls. The title came in the mail. The car was a lemon. I want my full refund back I have all supporting documents.
