  02/06/2023 3500$A car loan They cancelled the contract and repossessed the car they never tried to resolve the issue Account #******** ****************** The dealer repossessed the car sending a towing company to my property,opening my fence breaking the chain not even asking for permission, breaking in all rules and laws and taking the car with them. the response from the dealer was ****************** was canceling the deal because lack of payment, not true at all,Days after I realized that this dealership was posting this car one more time on their website for sale one more time.

    On February 6th of 2023 ******************** made the purchase of the 2014 *** 535I vin ***************** with our company. The deal was done through financing with *************************** APP #********. ** which ******************** had a stipulated date for the first payment on 03/12/2023 and said payment was not made. ****************** gives the client a period of two weeks after first paymenty was due to make the payment before making a repossession. However, ********************* did not make the payment as it should. Due to this, the day 03/29/2023 *************************** informed us that ************ had not made his payment and that therefore the business was cancelled. 
  
  
          Betancourt Auto Sales had to refund the money to the bank with a maximum of time until the day 04/05/2023 and for that reason Betancourt Auto Sales had to repossess the vehicle as stipulated in the contract signed by both parties. The bank does not wish to continue financing ************ since failing the first payment automatically breaks the contract and the bank does not wish to continue financing with the client. Despite the fact that our company was willing to continue with the business, it was not possible on the part of the bank due to non-payment and our company had no other option than to return the money to the bank and hire a company to repossess it as stipulated in such a case in the ****REPO AGREEMENT document attached to this email and signed by ************ in which he authorizes that in case of repossession the vehicle can be picked up on his property. Betancourt Auto Sales wants to make it clear that at no time did it enter the client's private property since the replacement was done by a contracted company.
         In this email will be attached:
                                  - Full purchase contract signed by Betancourt Auto Sales and ***************** (Bill of sale, spot delivery agreement, pre-repo agreement, disclosure statement and agreement for installation,finance car aggrement)
                  - *************************** financing contract signed by ******************
                  - Secured Party's right to take possession after default.
                  - Notice of payment default and repurchase demand.
