Thank you for providing your feedback. We would like to clarify some of the mentioned in your review. Florida Fine Cars is not a financial institution and, as such, does not have the authority to determine the requirements set by lenders for entering into a finance agreement. Our role is to communicate and send the necessary documents to lenders, who then assess the potential deal. The lender decides whether they can accept the customer and if any additional documentation is required to complete the transaction. When purchasing a vehicle, many factors and requirements are considered by the lender. According to our records, after the lender verify the customers Proof of Income (POI), the lender decided to return the contract. This decision is made solely by the lender, not Florida Fine Cars. Additionally, due to the dispute raised by the customer, and without allowing ********************** to complete our process, we are required to wait until the dispute is resolved before the deposit can be processed. We appreciate your understanding as we work through this matter.Review from John C

Worst buying experience of my life. I came in with a vehicle in mind, and funding already approved from my bank. They ran my credit anyway only to offer me a loan with 12% higher interest, which I declined. Then they demanded a cashiers check from my bank because they didn't know how outside financing worked I guess. They sat me in the lobby alone and emailed me paperwork for 5 HOURS with no communication. Then sent me with the truck after putting down a deposit. A month later I contacted them to find out where my deposit was and they hadn't even filed the paperwork for the loan. Turns out that they did not have me sign the required paperwork while I was sat in the lobby for 5 hours. So they emailed me more to sign. Looking over the paperwork I found they were changing things in the deal because they forgot what the original terms were. Another month later I had to email again to find the status and they still had not gotten the paperwork sorted out. Finally they got the funding from the bank, and after 2 weeks had still not sent my deposit, so I reached out again and was told I would not get my full deposit because there were tag fees they forgot to charge to the bank. My salesman JoJo was good, everyone else I dealt with has no idea how to do their job. Do not waste your time here. And if you do, read all of your paperwork because they will try to cheat you, either through greed or ignorance.Florida Fine Cars, Inc. Response

Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify a few points mentioned. The registration fee amount is determined by the Department of Motor Vehicles and is beyond our control; these fees cannot be altered or removed. According to our records, the draft received from the lender was short, which led Florida Fine Cars to retain the outstanding balance from the deposit. We sincerely apologize for any miscommunication or confusion. The remaining refund amount was provided to you, and this was discussed in person with the finance manger who provide detailed information. If you have any questions please contact our customer care team at ************ and will be happy to assist you further.Review from Abed A

I purchased a 2017 ******* ***** Fe from Florida Fine Cars in November 2023. I had to round up $5000 to put down on this vehicle. From the day we drove it off the lot, there was no alignment and we had to bring it back. We had to return the car multiple times for loose battery terminals, engine sensor ***lacement...also, come to find out, the heat did not work in the car and the headlights and one backlight went out before having the car for 2 months. While on the highway with my children, the car started smoking...causing us to be stranded on the side of the road. We had to pay for towing. We spent the next SEVEN DAYS calling multiple times daily for updates. I was hung up on time after time after time. During that time, my husband and i were unable to have transportation to work or school for our children. I started contacting *********, the sales *** who sold us the car. We were finally told that we need ANOTHER ENGINE! The car that we haven't even made a third payment to yet. The car we paid $5k for and already spent $800 for in car payments. Florida Fine Cars sold us a LEMON with a bad engine and we're being told that it's OUR RESPONSIBILITY TO REPLACE IT!! The vehicle was not fixed.Still overheating. It's been months since, still no rescheduled appointment, no communication, and we still have an overheating car that no longer drives and that we're stuck paying a car note on. I've contacted ******* directly who is helping is with SCAM and we have a lawyer going through the lemon laws with us. Florida Fine Cars gave me one of the most unprofessional experiences I've ever has as a consumer. This company should be shut down!Review from Kim C

FL fine cars are a bunch of con artists! Please dont believe what you read on ****** because I have no idea how they have a rating of 4.0+They claim they put everything in writing before you sign your life away BUT what they fail to mention is they have you sign everything on their computer! They dont print out papers so you can read what youre signing instead they slightly turn the monitor so you cant read those tiny letters. I had an online quote of $18k for a GMC after running my credit I was given a total of $21k once there in person the final price was $25k! ****** from finance claimed to save me money on the interest rate he had to add extras. I was desperate for a car needing to accommodate 3 babies and being a woman they totally took Advantage! Then theres a whole 3 day exchange policy - you cant tell if a car is gonna give you problems in 3 days! 4 days later I saw a ***** in my car! I thought it was a one time thing because of the rain but nope! A month later more roaches! I called my sales guy and he told me bring the car in and ask for ******* the manager. ******* said he would treat the car, wash/detail it and deliver it to me the next morning since I had no way of getting there with my babies. The next afternoon I still didnt have my car! When I called ******* he said he would deliver it (lies)! He had one of his workers drive my car wasting my gas and the car was filthy! It smelled like raid spray. I could have done that 1/2 a** job myself! When I called ******* he ignored my calls and after his worker left he finally called me back. I asked what he thought he did to my car and he tells me theyre not doing anything and I have to deal with it and hung up! To say I was and am livid is an understatement. I already gave them a terrible review on ****** and am in the process of seeking legal help. My goal is get my $25k back and let them enjoy their ***** infested cars! Stay far awayFlorida Fine Cars, Inc. Response

Florida Fine Cars would like to clarify some points mentioned in this review. We offer a 3-day return and a 5-day exchange policy to ensure customer satisfaction. Every customer receives a Buyer's Order that details all fees before proceeding with any transaction.
We work with over 35 different lenders to secure the best possible interest rates for our customers. However, since we are not the banks, we do not control the specific requirements these lenders have. Our role is to submit the requested documents, and they inform us of the necessary steps to complete the transaction. We were made aware of these issues two months after the purchase. As a courtesy, we invited the customer to bring the vehicle in and offered to deliver it to her home at no cost. At no point was towing the vehicle discussed; it was offered as a courtesy, not a requirement.Review from Raneif M

I recently had a very disappointing experience with Florida Fine Cars *******. I found a car advertised for $17,499 on CarGurus and contacted them to request a Buyers Order to present to my bank. To my shock, the Buyers Order reflected a higher price of $18,799, plus an additional $3,000 in bogus charges. When I pointed out the discrepancy between the advertised price and the Buyers Order, ***************************, the assigned salesman, refused to negotiate. I wasnt even trying to negotiate; I simply wanted them to honor their advertised price. This experience was incredibly frustrating and disheartening. They have clearly lost my business, and I strongly advise anyone considering buying from Florida Fine Cars ******* to look elsewhere. There are honest dealerships out there that won't try to deceive you with hidden charges and false advertising.Review from Ashanti B

The biggest scammers, they are actually on a watchlist according to the credit union that they work with. They not only swipe through all of your documents that need to be signed so that you cant see what extra fees they added on but they also falsified my income so that I can get approved. What the scammers dont understand is that the credit union/bank needs to verify your income. The reviews on the Better Business Bureau site is what you need to be reading. As someone who is employed with the State of Florida, working with the government, the falsification of my income is against everything that I stand for. I returned their car back and will never return. My ****** from all of this and to others is to read every single document. Do not let them rip and run through the process because youre excited to get a car. And if your gut tells you to get up and leave, GET UP AND LEAVE.Florida Fine Cars, Inc. Response

Our records indicate that the customer filled out the credit application at our dealership and another application for the same credit union directly with them. All information was entered by the customer. However, when the credit union requested proof of income, it did not match the information the customer had provided. As part of our company-wide process, we present all paperwork to customers, who then decide if they want to read the paperwork and at their own pace. I hope this clarifies any misunderstanding.Review from Geovanni M

I recently went to Florida Fine Cars to purchase a vehicle, and my experience with the finance department was quite disappointing. The finance person did not clearly disclose what was being added to my purchase. It was only after thoroughly reading through the paperwork that I realized multiple items had been added to my contract without my explicit consent.Despite my efforts to address the issue, I am still waiting for the cancellation of these items. The dealer has only cancelled one item so far, even though four were added to my contract. This lack of transparency and the slow response to my cancellation requests have been extremely frustrating. While the staff were friendly at first, this experience has left me feeling misled and stuck with unwanted additions to my purchase. I urge future customers to read through all paperwork carefully and pay close attention to what is being added to their contracts. I am determined to push this issue to the end to get a resolution.Florida Fine Cars, Inc. Response

Thank you for your input. The name mentioned in your review does not correspond with any records or transactions in our system. We'd like to address some points mentioned. At Florida Fine Cars, every customer receives a detailed buyer's order, specifying all fees and the final amount. Customers are required to sign this document, acknowledging the total amount. Regarding the specific concern raised, we have contacted the owner of the vehicle. They were informed that their request had already been submitted. However, we want to clarify that the cancellation process, handled by third-party companies, typically takes ***** days to complete. Rest assured, we have taken the necessary steps as per the owner's request prior to this review. Should you require further clarification, please feel free to reach out to our customer care team at ************.Review from Juanita L
