            2/1/24 Gomara Animal Clinic ****** ********************** did blood work on my pet dog Max.Ten days later he called and gave me the results from another dog. I told that those results where no from my dog because the test results were from a urine test. Mr ********************** put me on hold and never came to the phone. I made an attempt to reach out several times never spoke to him again.So I would like to be refunded for the service I never received, which was blood test and apology for not being professional. I am a senior citizen and I am very upset about the service given.

            This company, had quoted ** to spay my dog for 350$ + 150$ just incase there was issues. They then without my consent or notification did a surgery to the dog, while they had X-rays that showed there was an issue and before they went into the surgery room had access to see if this was something that must be done. Now they charged me 1200.00$ because of so called complications. I tried to speak to them to understand the issue but they did not give any sort of explanation.

            It is unfortunate you feel this way. We treated ***** with the utmost care. As you were explained and outlined in our consent form, there are times in surgery when we must perform different services to best serve the patient. In ****** case, the services were forced to change as we found a uterus infection (pyometra) during a planned routine spay surgery. As veterinarians,we have a duty of care which we fully met. Anything short of what we did, would have been contrary to our obligations as veterinarians. I understand this is about the fees only. You were advised of our fees for the planned spay surgery.You also were informed of any changes to fees and signed a consent form. Our fees are fair and reasonable in our community and ***** needed the service performed.
