    I ordered product, Bacticure, on May 15 or 16,2024. Shipped 05/19/2024. Product was to be taken one capsule before breakfast,and one after dinner.. Did that.but I started to have irregular heart palpitations. I Stopped taking on June 12,2024 and called them to get my money back ($130). The person who was referred to address my concern was referred as a doctor then specialist. He recommended that I take one capsule after breakfast. I did that for three days with no notable difference, so I called back for the refund. He said that they do not do refunds and that to buy another product for a refund. I called him or them thieves an d a few other and hung up. Other attendants made me believe I would be able to get a refund, but not the doctor or specialist. a

    I have legitimately been harassed by this company hundreds of times. They call everyday, different hours of the day. They will hang up if I dont answer but someone else does. Or they wait to see if its a male or female voice, younger or older voice and then determine if they want to speak with you. I am of Hispanic heritage and thus I dont mind calling out the people who keep calling me are of Dominican and Puerto Rican descent because they will identify their background with pride and then tell you that because youre also Hispanic you would be interested. I have children of the same background and they dont behave this way. Its a shame this company does, they are a disgrace to identify as what we are and prey on our own community. Theyre proud to identify but when you ask them to stop calling now youre being rude. It doesnt matter whether you ask in English or Spanish. They get upset because youre asking, they want you to kiss their a** to stop calling, all so that you do it again the next day. Paren de ser lambones, no se aprovechen d su misma gente, que vergenza son!I think they are also retaliatory and will call your cell phone as well with other numbers and play a fax sound. I think its them because it happens within a few minutes of the last call.They will not identify themselves as a company when they call unless you ask them and even if you ask them, they dont want to identify themselves until you identify yourself first. When you ask them to stop calling you, they hang up on you. Not once have, Ive been offered an alternative option to opt out of their calls until today where they said they will send a request but nothing is promised. I have also reported this number to the *** with no resolution. I dont understand why the government hasnt enforced changes.They take advantage of us older adults,and they allow this type of harassment to go on for years.The are predators trying to take advantage of us.************ is their main number.

    I received another call today. Now the people answered saying they're calling from "100% productos naturals" in Spanish. My wife spoke with them over a week go and they still won't stop calling. First they ask for her, in the past they've asked for me. My daughter has told them to stop calling. I don't know if now they're changing their name to throw us off on the calls. the phones are listed below. This is just for the month of November thus far.  I don't know if the other numbers on the screenshots are also them under

    I have been called 200 times I have blocked the number over 80 times . I get called I get harassed and Ive asked them multiple times to remove me from the call list to remove ********************* from the call list ! and every time they say There testicles dont feel like removing my phone number. They people are the worst . Keep my money but please remove me from the call list Ive blocked and Ive asked multiple times to be removed from the call list worst place ever . If u desire invasion of privacy being woken up and prosecuted 24/7 Monday through Monday then call them just know they dive people into depression Please remove my phone number

    This company has been harassing my mom of age 72 over some products she brought online. She has paid over ****** in products she can not use including some prostate medication that they told its "ok" to take. after paying her last invoice they called back the same day to tell her she owed another ****** and that they would not stop calling until she does. They are bulling her.Horrible people being nasty and rude on every call

    My mother, *************************, called Excelsior Labs for products advertised. Products were sent COD, which where paid. Other products have been sent and promptly returned without opening, with Return to Sender, Not accepted, written on the packaging. Representatives continue to call and harass her about the returns and alleged administrative costs. They also continue to send products, which continue to be returned. I have told them that I am ******'s legal guardian and requested numerous times for them to stop calling, we are not interested and would file a complaint. We block their calls but they continue to call from different phone numbers, every day, several times a day. We want them to stop calling and stop sending products we have not solicited, to stop the harassment and contact.

    It is a company that sells products that they claim will make you lose weight. After I bought their product, they called me several times to insist that I buy one more medicine that would make the first one I bought work. I did not agree to buy more products because the one that I bought from them at first it didn't work, I asked for a refund and they told me that they don't accept returns and they hung up on me, so I had to dispute that purchase directly with my bank. These vendors now harass me with calls from different numbers, I have already blocked many of them, but they keep calling me from other numbers that I do not know and the last calls have already been with threatening topics towards me, when I already requested them in more than 3 times that they stop harassing me with calls and stop bothering me, it is difficult to block their phone number because they call me with different numbers at all hours of the day, many of those calls being at 6am. I request your help to denounce the people who harass me with so many calls, one of the names that I was able to obtain with a threatening call was from a man named ***********************, (if he did not lie to me with his name) these people are upset because I asked the return directly with my bank, since they refused to do it.     I purchased the GlutenOff pills from Excelsior Labs for my husband and now the company will not stop calling me. I receive anywhere between 15 calls per day from them beginning on a Saturday at 7:30 a.m. EST. They are trying to get me to buy more supplements. I have asked them repeatedly to remove my number from their call list and have even called me a liar and stated I was the one calling them. They have some type of call program where when they call you answer and then it rings and their representatives respond. I have blocked almost every number that they call from and they still continue to call from different numbers. This is considered harassment. They will tell you that it's the lab calling to see how you are progressing. They are impersonating to be medical professionals and say it is doctor such and such. They informed me that they would stop only if I bought one more product which was needed to complete the treatment. I am really tired of being harassed day in and day out by a company who doesn't want to leave me alone. What they need to do is be fined for their constant harassment and maybe then they will stop harassing consumers. It is a shame that they are even authorized to sell these products and advertise on T.V.

    I purchased a product from this firm and since that time they have been continually harassing me with numerous aggressive sales calls demanding that I purchase additional items. I informed them that I am no longer interested in purchasing any additional items and asked that the stop calling me a million times a week but they continue to ignore my requests and keep calling me. I have hired attorney, ***************************** ************ to deal with this matter. I am attaching a bank statement that shows what I initially bought and 15 pages of phone numbers and location of each call which were made from dozens of various phone numbers all of which were made by this company designed to harass me to buy additional items. The calls were not robo calls but rather it was a real person making all of the harassing phone calls.

    This complain is about a company called Excelsior labs. Inc.Ive been getting about 15 daily calls to my phone. *** told several times Im not interested in purchasing these products and to please, remove my number from the database as I am not interested and will never be interested in becoming a customer since I believe this company and what it sells is a complete scam. They are rude and like to make up stories to make me buy which I keep saying Im not interested. If this continues I will be searching legal help since this is scam and harassment to elderly people. Its the elderly who are targets to this and me and my family will be seeking legal actions if this doesnt stop. Not only that but to unmask you on social media so ppl know whats happening.
