    My business *********** have several homes that had this company service the A/C. We had a service contract with this company, he was collecting $80 a month for only 2 times a yr to service them. Artic Cooling went to one of our townhomes and after 2 days after the service, it quit Cooling, he said that it might need freon, that was what he was supposed to do at that time, now he doesn't want to service it. What we want is to fix what he did wrong. He also has a ***** customer service, he waited for over 30 days to even answer our text. What he needs to do is service it right and fix what they did wrong.

    So our response to *********************** is that pretty much everything that he has said is untrue. We have provided service to his "business partner" for at least the last two years. One of the claims was that we would refuse to go to ******** and that is completely false. We cover all of *************** even all the way up to ***** and we are in the ******** area all the time. So I'm not exactly sure where that claim came from. We haven't had really any dealings with *********************** but we have always taken care of **** Di ********. He is not the one making any claims on this review. Anytime **** Di ******** would contact us for any emergency repairs, we would be there in a very short period of time. There have been many times that I have gone out to his home in the middle of the night so that him and his elderly mother would hopefully have air conditioning again. The most recent interaction that we had was we went out to his house and his system was completely Frozen up due to being low on freon. We went back out to charge it up for him and we did not charge our typical trip charge and diagnosis($155 value) and we also did not charge him for any freon($340). We informed him that due to the age that he should replace the system and his exact words were that "there is no way in h*** that I am replacing this system." So we charged up the system to get him through the hot weather. I offered to give him a quote on a new system but **** declined our offer. Shortly after this period of time, my technician went out to 2 of his rental properties to do a maintenance and it came to our realization in that conversation that he had already had his system replaced by a different company. We were never informed that he was interested in changing the system and according to our last conversation, we felt that there was no possibility of them changing the system due to what was said. We were specifically told by **** di ******** that after we did the maintenance on his rental units that he "no longer wanted to use our services." My technician went out to one of the rental properties and found that the high side pressure was very high but that the system needed to be charged up a little bit but there was no way to add freon if the high side pressures were as high as they were. He is claiming that we are refusing to fix the issue but that is completely wrong. We stated that we would do the maintenance and that's exactly what we did. Now he is needing service on that specific unit but he stated that he no longer wanted to use our services so it is very confusing as to if he wants to use our services or if he doesn't want to use our services. I have all of these conversations in text form documentation and would be happy to provide them to whomever would like to see them. I feel that this review is completely off base and not warranted. To whomever it may concern in this complaint process, we have canceled the monthly charge to **** and I feel it is best noted that **** has refused to get on a phone call with me and so the only way that he would communicate with me was through text message. I feel that he has been very unfair and the way that he has dealt with me and my company and I strive to do my very best to have a good experience with every one of my customers. I was also specifically texted by him and where he said that he would be reporting me to everybody he could possibly report me to because he felt like I was a con man. That is the furthest thing from the truth. If that is the type of person that I was then we would not have some of the reviews that we have both on ******** and on ******* I feel that we are being attacked and that he is trying to degrade our reputation. And if they decide to move forward with this type of attack then I will be contacting my lawyer and will be suing both **** Di ******** and *********************** for defamation.     I called them and they came out and repaired it.. I thought. Charged me $320 for it. He switched out the capacitor and didn't check anything else since it turned back on. 45 minutes later it completely turns off. Texted the technician that I was communicating with about it and "crickets". No response. I called the main office the next day and the tech finally returned my call around 2 pm the next day. He apologized for the lack of communication and it was "due to his phone not working". By that point, it was 89 degrees inside the house (at 8 am that morning) I already had another company someone else come out and they found that not only was the drain line was completely clogged from the previous resident (I'm renting and I've only been in the house a short period of time) but also there are other major problems with the system - in which Arctic didn't discover because all he did was look outside. Didn't open up the unit or anything else inside. So kinda glad I had the 2nd company come out and now I feel like I got cheated out of a proper repair job since they didn't inspect everything fully. Not sure how they got 4.8 stars on most of their review sites. Just letting you know my experience!
