            Date of first transaction 3/16/2024 and a 2nd on 3/23/2024 I wanted to take a vacation to relax and I chose the Spectacular Skyline Penthouse which was posted on Booking.Com by Infinite Spot I booked a reservation for this penthouse three times. The 1st time I did it my bank wouldn't accept the card so it was cancelled. Then the second time I did it with another card through Chase and the payment went through as you can see by the payment information I sent you and for some reason booking cancelled it but didn't refund my money then I did it a 3rd time and this time they kept the payment and the reservation was in place. Since they didn't give me a refund for the second time and it was cancelled I contacted my bank to get the money from them when I did that ****** the founder of Infinite Spot threatened me and said you will not win you might as well drop the case; however, I let the bank continue with the case yet even now I've still yet to receive the refund. After that on the day of the vacation which was supposed to be on June 7th to June 12th I drove to the reservation spot on **************************************************************************************** and when I went there I saw the building they put on the booking.com website I talked to the staff members inside and they informed me that the place **** was a private condominium and they don't rent out rooms to anybody then they informed me that the reservation I booked was a scam. So imagine, I was far from home with my family and I had no place to stay so I spent hours calling Booking asking them to cancel the reservation the first person I spoke with hang up, the second told me they would cancel the reservation in 30 minutes to check my email for the refund I received zero, zip, ***** After that, I had to rent another place which was an extra $2000 and this is why I deserve a full refund and I want to report this so that no one else has to experience the torture I experienced from *************************************

            Here's the email they sent me at the top it says Infinite Spot LLC in the email and it lists the email address they used to contact me. Also I have another document  as evidence this is a website bizapedia it has the company name, the address, the owner of the company ******************************, the age of the company, the registered agent of the company, the governing agency ****************** of ***** under all this at the bottom of the website it lists the customer's review about the company and how they were all scammed by the same company that scammed me and that is Infinite Spot, LLC.

            Here is the full screen clarification of the existence of Infinite Spot LLC this file also has all the reviews that customers have given the business. As you can see, I am not the first nor the last to be scammed by Infinite Spot LLC. Reference of File: Bizapedia website!

            This the location Infinite Spot sent me to as you can see it matches the address they send me in the other email messages I sent you and as you can see it is a residence area called **************. It isn't a vacation rental and they posted a picture of ****'s business on booking.com to lure people in. This sort of thing has to be stopped.
