    On 11/24/23 I bought a new Keystone Sprinter ** that was equipped with 4 new ************************ E tires. Trailer King is a company owned by *** Brands. *** Brands is headquartered in ******************, *******. Since buying the ** I have gone on four trips. The first two of the trips were to a lake just outside of *******, ** where I live. The third trip was to ********, **. On the fourth trip, a trip to *********, **, one of the *********************************** blew out as my wife and I were on our return. The blowout occurred on 5/7/24, on Interstate10 near *****, **. At that point the tires had approximately 3098 miles on them, and I had owned them for approximately 6 months. Since returning to ******* I have made four calls to the *** Product Liability number, ************. Each time I have left voicemails with my situation and requested a return call. I have gotten no calls back. I expect the cost of the replacement of the tires and the damage to the wheel well and molding resulting from the impact of the blowout to be reimbursed by *** Brands.

    I am rejecting this response because it is not yet resolved and my only option are to click on accept which will close this complaint and reject.  I received my first and only communication from *********************** at TBC on June 27th.  She did say that TBC had been having phone problems.  Once we were communicating she was very helpful and has referred me to Unicorn Tires who will be handing my complaint.  I received an email this morning (6/28) from ************************* at Unicorn Tire.  He picked up when I called back and I have sent an email with receipts from the replacement of the two tires and the written estimate from Camping World for the repair of the body damage.

    I purchased a set of four tires on 9/13/2022 which were eligible for a $120 rebate from National Tire Wholesale (TBC-NTW). I received a confirmation email that my rebate request was received and that it would be sent via email in **** weeks. I called at about the 8 week **** and was told it will likely take the 10 weeks. Called again on 1/16/2022 and was told they see the approved rebate approved but pending payment and that they are behind in processing and have no idea how much longer it could be. I said that is not acceptable and would like to speak with someone else that can assist or I will engage BBB. The rep said a manager would call me back. Nothing yet.
