  Business name is Appliance Express Repair LLC Oct.7,2024 refrigerator repairman **** came to fix the refrigerator. He ordered a part and I wrote a check #**** for $388.00. The hurricane came. I lost power and defrosted the refrigerator.The refrigerator worked perfectly when the power came back. I called the company ************* to cancel the part and request a refund. I call weekly and am always told they will tell upper management and to keep my phone open. One time approximately 2 months ago, I received a call saying I would get a check in the mail minus the service call fee. I agreed. The check never came. November ******* I started fraud crime report with the Palm Bay police but I have not filed yet. I just want the money back. I asked to speak with upper management but I never have. I'm suspicious about this business. I don't understand what the problem is.

  In May 2024 I called this company (Appliance Express Repair LLC) at ************ to repair my dryer. They came out and replaced a heat element. It has a 1 year warranty. I am now having trouble with my dryer and called this company starting in September to come out and repair/replace the needed part. I have since called numerous times and no one will come out to repair my dryer. At one point they said I never used them before, but I have the invoice from May, which they asked if I would email to their company, and when they got it, they called me and said yes, they did the repair in May 2024. That email went out Oct. 7, 2024 to **************************** They never scheduled a repair person to come out and repair my dryer, and I have called so many times, I have lost count. I always talk to someone that just answers the phone, and sends the repair request to "dispatch" and then I'm supposed to get a call from them to schedule. I have never gotten a call to schedule, and I have asked to speak to the manager, and was told there is no manager and the person answering is as far as I can go to talk to anyone. I have also tried scheduling a repair online on their "Book Now" on the website, to no avail. They have a "virtual" business office address at **********************************************, and according to ********** the registered name is Dytaniel ******* at ****************************************All I want is for them to honor their 1 year warranty, and get someone to my house to fix my dryer. I don't know why they are not scheduling me other than wanting me to go elsewhere so they don't have to replace the part at their expense. I am so frustrated with the run around I get from this company, it's gotten to the point of being ridiculous. I cannot speak to ANYONE other than the person answering the phone, no supervisor or manager, no one else. Then I'm told someone from dispatch will call and schedule the appointment, and I never get a call. Thank you.
