I took my car there to get repair from accident and first of all it took a month. This car needed a front bumper and a/c compressor well they could never get compressor and the bumper was not sealed around headlights,which i didn't check till next day and when I took car back to show him,he said no problem we'll tighten it up. Well 3 days later I went to get car and he tell me someone must of hit the car head on because steel underneath bumper is bent,I said no way why is there no mark on bumper and he told my husband I brought car in with bumper dragging on ground he didn't know my husband followed me there. This guy is a liar and scams insurance.

This customer came to me because the car was in 2 different body shops and they didn't want to work on it. I agreed to do the repair and ordered the parts. The issue wasn't the fact that I couldn't get the ac compressor. The issue was the ins didn't want to pay for it because the accident didn't involve that area. He then took the car back in late January and everything was fine except the ac. He begged the ins co to cover it so they ended up repairing anyway. He came back to me 2 weeks ago with the front bumper hanging off and I told his wife that either someone hit it or someone ran over a curb stop because it wasn't just the bumper it was the engine cover under the engine. I said I would buy the engine and charge her cost. I would do the labor for free which I did. When it came down to pu the car she didn't want to pay me saying it was my fault it happened. I then told them to get out of my office and never come back with a few choose words. He went to another Bodyshop and to my understanding he was told the same thing but also asked if the bumper was purchased aftermarket. The ins co paid for an OEM and that's want I put on it. I had to give the ins co my receipt that I purchased it from the dealer. I have been in business for over 30 years I know how to treat my customers.
