    In March,April of 2023 I put 2 deposits on furniture from Clive Daniel. In August 2023 they called for the balance prior to delivery of furniture. 10/9/2023 the furniture was to be delivered but when the truck arrived they were missing 8 dining chairs. Even though Clive Daniel had my deposit and the ****************** back in April 2023, they failed to make the chairs as promised.. To compensate me for such a mistake, their customer service manager ******************* credited my card for the fabric to make up for the inconvenience. Although I would have preferred to have the chairs as promised I was satisfied with the credit she offered . The chairs arrived another 5 weeks later. When they delivered the furniture Oct 9, the delivery people drilled holes through a custom chest while putting it together. I reached out the my sales person and ***** and sent pictures so they could see the damage and order a new one. Well, to follow protocol they had to send their repair man over and he said it could not be fixed. Approximately 2 months later I call to get the status of the replacement chest, only to be informed that ***** and never ordered it because she forgot so now I will have to wait until February 2024.***** assures me that they will take care of me, they will compensate me for all the problems, but they want to deliver the new piece first. So I am patient and I wait and wait. The replacement was delivered yesterday February 9 and after delivery, Clive Daniel calls requesting back the fabric credit that had given me for the dining chairs. I explained the credit was to make up for them not having the chairs made as promised and delivered on time and they argue that is not the case and that I owe them those funds. They also offer me a $500 credit on my card for the problems and a $500 in store credit. I want them to refund to me the $3,223.22 that I paid them yesterday and I also request $2,500 credit for the trouble with the chest, NO STORE CREDIT.
