    Telephone and telephone scheduling unwieldy with many menus, duplicate requests for information, impersonal and generally hard to use.

    I reached out the Director of the Patient Access Center (PAC) with Mr. B****'s comments. He informed me that unfortunately if patients are calling the main line ************, it does duplicate due to the routing from the main line to the department specific lines. He stated that there is no way around this. However, there has been an emphasis for the PAC staff and office staff to provide patients with the department specific numbers so they do not get the duplicate options. He also said that he will share Mr. B****'s feedback with Telecom. However, it is currently the only resolution while this number is still active.

    Zero stars. Horrible ER staff. Ran all kinds of test . Couldn't help me at all. Was discharged without getting any answers. Trying to follow up to get referrals. I was called this morning. Lady from castrolgist department was rude and had no information on me being a patient. Horrible place.

    I am unable to find this person in our system.  It would help with a actual address or date of birth.  I looked him up in our system and I cannot find him.  I am unable to assiy with this without information.  Please let me know me know if you have any additional information.

    I have never dealt with such incompetent staff before. Not only do they not send referrals correctly but they do not talk to you or return phone calls. I am so frustrated and looking at changing my provider. I have been calling daily and told that someone will get back to me and that never happens. If you pull up my records you will see why I am so frustrated!!! I have been also told that a manager will give me a call and again that has never happened. Why would a company treat a patient so poorly????????

    The clinic practice manager reviewed ******************************* complaint. She is upset because due to her insurance she needs a referral to an outside provider for an issue that **************** hasn't discussed with or is aware of with the patient. The manager has reviewed with **************** and she is reviewing the request. **************** asked the patient to come into the office and the patient refused/cancelled appointment.

    Patient has been pretty hostile with both staff and the practice manager in discussions on the phone. We have tried to resolve with the patient, but all options we have discussed at this point have been declined.

    What they are stating is a lie. I would like for them to give me a call. I tried to get this resolved over the last month to no avail. I have not refused to come in or have I cancelled an appointment. I have actually made daily calls and also stopped in to the office 3 times and no one will talk to me. **************** never reached out to me or asked me to come in to the office. I would have immediately done so. I am actually making a call to the office right now to see why this response was sent in as it is so incorrect!!!!!!!!!

    well, this is on ***************. Im already switch three doctors they all the same. its not doctors problem is the secretary problem they give you an appointment and when is day of the appointment you request your day off in your job *** the appoit is over the phone or in person you go there on oops Im sorry we dont see your appointment, when you send email through the portal that they recommend to use the portal, they never answer the portal , this is a nightmare at least this office **************************** ***** and ine more same office , my appointment was today 9:15 I supposed to receive an text so I can see my doctor on a video and of course it was 9 oclock. I didnt receive anything , I call then and the receptionist. Oh no I dont see your schedule for today and its not the first time, I will say four times already same thing I told her that I wanna speak with the supervisor and she denied it.

    I been trying to fix an issue with billing for about 8 months. They are not fixing the coding and just sent me to collections. They told me that the visit after my surgery was free, but they charged it as a regular visit. They never called me back to notify me. I spoke with the office manager, he couldn't do anything either, total disaster.If you want your credit screwed come to this place. NO one knows what's going on.

    Physicians Regional on Pine Ridge is difficult to deal with to say the least. I called to request someone in billing and was given a number to call. When I repeated the number back to the operator she stated (MY God) I asked her if I made her angry by asking her to repeat the number and she hung up. When I called back to complain I was given the run around and was finally told it would be looked in too.The second problem was a bill. I received a bill from the hospital for $122.47. I told them the VA would pay the bill and gave them the referral number. They said fine and everything would be taken care of. A few weeks later I received a letter from a collection agency demanding I pay the bill. I called the hospital again and was told once again it would be taken care of. Since then I have received another letter from the collection agency demanding the bill be paid. PR said they are going to work on it. I would not recommend anyone go to this hospital. They are rude and obviously incompetent. If your a Veteran, stay away.

I have forwarded your concerns regarding the operator to our Director of Patient Access for follow up. We do apologize that you did not have a pleasant experience, as exceptional customer service and professionalism are very important to us.
    Regarding your hospital bill, you are correct in that the Veterans Administration (VA) was not billed. We apologize for that omission. We billed Humana, and your co-insurance was $122.47. Our records note that you called the Shared Services Center about the bill, but you did not have a reference number. You called a second time with the reference number, and the bill was paid by the VA. Your account #******* has a zero balance.

    Awful! Visiting Bed A. Bed B needed to have A bowel movement. Went to get help because no one answered his call light in room 302. Anyone I saw said they would be right there especially one aid. 20 minutes later I as a guest helped him on a bed pan with half of poop on the sheets. 30 minutes later still trying to get help to be cleaned up. No one has even acknowledged this man who is in his right mind. Only the one who answers the call light but no one ever came. Awful awful. I can see a little time but this is 45plus minutes and no one
