    My whirlpool refrigerator
    Started freezing the food in my refrigerator so I called Whirlpool and they sent Jake from Gulf Coast appliance out to look at it.
    He came on Wednesday, July 13 and told me that I needed a new evaporator. They had to order the parts so the next time they could come back was monday july 18.
    They gave me a window of 9-12 and he got to my gate at 11:44. He worked for about an hour and said "this one is different" , he then told me he had to go back to the office to get a tool and would be back in an hour. He came back worked a few hours longer and finished up and said everything was done. I noticed a bad smell immediately coming from the freezer in the fridge and kept waiting for it to start cooling i, it never did all the liquid he put in ran out into the freezer and refrigerator. I called them the next day after making sure it did not fix the problem as a matter fact it made it worse because now all of my food which was frozen and really cold it is now warm. I had to throw all my food away and then they said they would be back Thursday morning to put another evaporator and a compressor. They came Thursday morning got done with it by 1030. I specifically ask Jake if it's going to last for a while now since it has new evaporator and he says oh yeah and it will start making ice cubes within 24 hours and start cooling immediately so I went to work and five hours later come home and boom nothing. Still warm. I called golf coast back and told them they put me on hold for five minutes then they said "oh Jake must've not told you we were waiting on another part. "No Jake told me everything was fixed and fine and I was gonna have ice cubes tomorrow and my fridge ra was gonna be cold today. Why if you had another part on order would you make me take off work again if you're not gonna complete the job why not just do it at the same time? I call BS.
    I HAD cold food before
    It was just too cold , now all of my food had to be thrown

    Terrible service..had problem with cooktop..service .an came out and said it was electrical problem

    Tested voltage on wires only 50 volts coming out of white wire..advised to call electrician

    Charged $139 for service call

    Called my son ..he said 50 volts out of white wire .
    Impossible white wire was not hooked up.called frigidaire.said we shouldn't have been charged
    Gulfcoast is reimbursed by frigidaire

    DOUBLE DIPPING? Frigidaire is refunding the money

    They are sending out another service

    Don't use gulf coast appliances out of Naples nothing we were told was correct..oh by the way
    Frigidaire tried to call them no one answered phone

    Just to follow up with your home wiring issue. Prior to going out it was clearly discussed with your husband. and also suggested he check the wiring due to the resent remodel that was done in your kitchen, and his complaint of NO POWER. We inform all customer of anything home related causing the product not to work the manufacture does not cover for service. This is also listed in your use and care guide. Your husband was very understanding and said he would check the wiring and cancel if the appointment was not needed. There was no double dipping as you refer to it. You do not bill the manufacture for the consumers home related issue, that is why you were charged. You also have other wiring issues that you did not mention the red to ground and the black to ground also do not have proper voltage. The manufacture also does not cover reinstallation of a product when you have had it over 30 days as your date of purchase per the manufacture is 05/24/22, if the product was installed incorrectly.
