    Good Morning Dec. 2021 , I purchased a service contract for $ ******* for a vehicle I purchased at Bonita Mercedes. Dec. 2022 I sold the vehicle and cancelled the service contract. Jan 2023 I e-mailed Mercedes re: the status of the refund. I heard NOTHING back Feb I spoke with ******* at Mercedes. He assured me the refund of $1684.22 would be sent shortly. March 14. I again e-mailed ******* NO RESPONSE April 7. I left another message with *******...NO RESPONSE April 17. I left another message with *******. He now says he needs another form filled out. Which I did. Why wasn't I told this months ago? May19 I finally was able to speak with the manager ***********************. He assured me this would be resolved asap. June 5 This has now been going on for SIX MONTHS, and I am no further ahead than I was in Dec. 22. Most all my phone calls go unanswered. I am usually unable to connect with the manager. I'm told he's in a meeting, or he's out of the office,/. This is very frustrating dealing with this Company.I am getting nowhere. Anything you can do would be greatly appreciated.Back in Dec.2021 I made payment for this contract to Mercedes Benz of Bonita NOT to the vehicle service contract **** so I would expect a refund from Mercedes Thank you, ******* Train

    On Tuesday August 15 I brought my Mercedes E350 4Matic to *************** and had them give me an estimate for the check engine light, check the cam shaft, check transmission slips when cold, and check coolant hoses. After they checked they found engine has fault codes for the cam timing (**** and ****). Transmission has fault codes for the front wheel speed sensors. *** has fault codes for hydraulics and *** control unit internal error. Deive belt is cracking and riding on the edge of the tensioner. They did not charge me anything to do this estimate and recommended I take the car to a dealership for a warranty extension on the *** fault codes. I then made an appointment for the Mercedes Dealership of Bonita Springs. I took the car there on 8/23/24 and spoke to *********************. I showed him the order estimate that Prestige gave me and he pulled up the Extened Warranty information and recalls for my model. They charged me to look at the ** and the check engine light ******. I have never in been charged by any mechanic to diagnose a car, especially when I already told them what was wrong. All I asked was for an estimate to have my vehicle repaired.
